Family friendly guest home - 5-min to CofI and fairgrounds (sleeps 6)

Freshly remodeled home five minutes from College of Idaho, I-84 and walking distance to family YMCA / Brother's park. Twenty minutes from Sunnyslope wine country or City of Nampa. Ten minutes from downtown Caldwell with coffee/ice cream/yogurt shops and skating rink, steak house, etc. We strive to make our home a home you will not want to leave! You can relax knowing we have prepared the home for your arrival. Your privacy matters. However, if you need us we are available by phone/text anytime!

LONGER stays optional up to 6-months

Beautifully appointed with comfort and relaxation in mind. Bedroom #1 - Large bedroom/bathroom suite - king bed, bedroom #2 - queen bed, bedroom #3 - two twin beds, additional sleeping: Pack 'n Play.

Two smart TV's (one in master and one in living room), Large family dining table (seating for eight), Ceiling fans in master and liv room.

What an amazing place for us all to stay and have room to move around! So much better than several hotel rooms. The home is spotless, decorated beautifully, and such pleasant surroundings. Loved it!

Nice and cozy house
No big complaints here. We needed a house with a location close to family, and this one was perfect. Just the right size for our party. The water dispenser from the fridge seems to be broken, since it just makes a loud noise and dispenses no water. And the scented plug-in was a bit overwhelming (so we unplugged it for our stay). But neither of those were deal-breakers. The house was clean and homey. Comfy beds, especially if you like a relatively firm mattress. If we need a place to stay near family again, we’ll definitely be looking for this place.

Great place to stay!
We have stayed multiple times now and we have enjoyed each time. The place is centrally located, close to center of town, and Jeff is very responsive! Overall great place to stay and highly recommended!
