One thing to be aware of when planning your trip is that there are only 3 bedrooms with doors, the 4th is open to the hallway. It works fine as long as privacy isn't needed. “Excellent stay, excellent location, excellent hostess. Beautiful back yard for the dogs to run and play. Spacious livng and bedrooms. Nice neighborhood. Overall, I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a VRBO in the Caldwell area. Close to the university and fairgrounds. I would stay here again if my travel needs put me in Caldwell, Idaho again!! ”

“Good communication for the most part. Master bed was very comfortable. Queen bed was too. Bunk beds were very squeaky. Amenities were great and kitchen will stocked. Some of the utensils were dirty. But no biggie. We washed everything before we used anyways. ”

“The home is cute and well equipped. Its in a very walkable neighborhood and there is a park right down the block. Perfect place to take my granddaughter. Downtown Caldwell is super cute with a splash pad and lots of shops and restaurants our favorite is Grit. The only drawback is there is no patio furniture. Its a great property and reasonable price if you ever come to Caldwell. Would definitely stay there again.”
