Our cozy, newly renovated farmhouse in historic Caledonia is the perfect spot for your next group getaway! With 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a fully stocked kitchen, there's room for everyone—sleeping 13 comfortably, with space for a few more if you don’t mind crashing on a couch or two. Enjoy the serene countryside and explore nearby gems like Johnson’s Shut-Ins and Elephant Rocks. Whether you’re here for adventure or just to unwind, we’ve got everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay. Our farmhouse effortlessly combines comfort and charm, starting with a main-level bedroom that boasts a cozy queen-sized bed and a fold-out loveseat—perfect for extra guests who appreciate a snug, welcoming space. The first floor is thoughtfully designed, featuring a well-appointed bathroom with a tub and handheld shower, a convenient laundry room, and an inviting den ideal for unwinding or catching up on work. Dine in style in the elegant dining room with seating for 8+, relax in the sun-drenched sunroom with that book you’ve been eager to read, and craft culinary delights in the fully equipped kitchen, ready for your cooking adventures.

Upstairs, discover a beautifully transformed attic space with a queen-sized bed and a delightful play area for children. The master bedroom, featuring a luxurious king-sized bed and a charming window seat, offers a serene retreat. Another bedroom upstairs is furnished with four twin beds, plus a fold-down futon in the cozy landing area. An additional bathroom on this level includes a modern stand-up shower. For restful nights, blackout curtains are provided in every bedroom.

Every detail of our farmhouse is designed to ensure a memorable stay. Enjoy the beautifully landscaped backyard with its inviting seating area around a wood-burning firepit, adorned with twinkling bistro lights. Girls Weekend

House was perfect for our girls weekend in Caledonia. Kitchen stocked with all the necessities! Snack tray was so sweet of Stacy to leave out for us. The decor is so thoughtful. We loved the Easter decorations throughout the house. Outside seating was comfortable. Porch swing was enjoyable. We loved our stay. We are a group of 63-73 years olds not in the best shape however we managed the steps to upstairs bedroom. Slow slow steady.

Short stay in the country

The house was great the yard was great wished we weren’t so rushed and had the time to enjoy the surroundings. The upstairs shower was on the small side, thin walls so depends on who you are sharing the upstairs with they will hear you and front bedroom you can hear the road very well. We had long days so able to sleep through it after the first night. This is a great country house.

Charm, location and comfort

Had a great stay for 2 families with 8 total guests. Plenty of comfortable sleeping & seating options. Close to many attractions and one of the best local guide books I've ever seen in a rental helped us find even more to do! Enjoyed the old house charm and quirks. We plan to be back!
