• Spacious living area with comfortable reclining sofas

• Full kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, cookware, dishes, utensils, and small kitchen appliances including a toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and blender

• High-speed Wi-Fi for streaming, browsing, or working remotely

• Thermostat-controlled forced-air heating with a dedicated thermostat for the suite

Located in Pine Creek, a quiet and growing community in Southwest Calgary, the suite offers convenient access to grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations.

• Spruce Meadows: Approximately 9 km away, offering convenient access for guests attending events and tournaments.

• Mountain Getaways: Convenient access to major routes toward Kananaskis, Bragg Creek, and Banff National Park.

• Note: As Pine Creek is a developing community, guests may occasionally notice nearby construction activity during daytime hours.

Parking
Free street parking is available in front of and around the property.

Exterior Security Cameras
Exterior security cameras are in use for property security and guest safety. Cameras monitor the driveway, side path leading to the suite entrance, and backyard. A Ring doorbell camera is also located at the suite's exterior entrance.

There are no cameras inside the suite or in any private guest space.

Identity Verification
For verification purposes, we may require copy of the booking guest's ID to be provided prior to granting access to the suite.
