Gorgeous 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Guest Suite

Welcome to our warm and spacious lower-level suite. The suite includes everything your family need to be comfortable. The master bedroom features a queen mattress. The second bedroom has a double bed. Laundry and free Wi-Fi are at your fingertips. Our clean, well-kept home is safe and securely nestled close to Tim Hortons, McDonald’s, Costco, Walmart, Canadian Superstore, beautiful trails, 11 minutes from YMCA, 18 minutes from the airport, 16 minutes to Canada Olympic Park and numerous amenities.

The place was gorgeous! My family and I came from Ontario to visit family and had to stay in Calgary because of our itinerary. (A lot of fun and beautiful places to see in Alberta!) The suite had a lot of home amenities you'd need—we were able to cook some of our food. The beds were amazing, pillows were great, and overall a cozy home away from home! ☺️ we were provided with clear and easy instructions to follow before we got there, the place wasn't hard to find either, and a lot of street parking nearby the house. Tosan, the owner, was also a delight. They were so kind and accommodating to our needs. Lastly, not so bad for the affordable price per night! Will definitely come back again when we're back in town 😄 thank you so so much for the wonderful stay ☺️

Need to improve

Good day, we did stay in this accommodation and the location was strategic for your trip, however it need to improve kitchen (oven dirty, coffee maker with water inside, broken dishes), bathroom problems (water stuck in the bathtub/sink, toilet paper holder came off), 2nd bedroom the bed and floor tiles was making lot of noise. Hope you improve for future guest.

Cozy and comfortable

Our stay was great. The place is cozy, beds are comfy, kitchen has everything you need and the shower was good as well. Owners are friendly and communcation was easy and fast. Recommend it!

I had the pleasure of staying at this accommodation for a week, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The property was impeccably clean, which made my stay very comfortable. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, providing excellent service throughout my visit. Additionally, the accommodation is very affordable, making it a great value for the price. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant and budget-friendly stay.

We had a lovely stay at this suite! Tosan, the host, was very responsive and his willingness to assist is much appreciated! We also appreciate having an extra bed for our 5th person as well as having to use the laundry machines. The suite is spacious, clean, and located near to shopping centres—very convenient! I would’ve given it 5 stars but the towels provided in the suite were still damp. We had to wash and dry them on our first night and the pillows in the bedroom are a little too thin. Not really a big deal but something to look over for the next guests maybe? Anyhow, we really enjoyed our stay (although we are out most times in a day) and I would recommend this to anyone, especially if you’re a group, when visiting Calgary!

Wonderful

We had an excellent family stay at this accommodation. Warm welcome, clean and well-equipped, and ideally located. The rooms are comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet. We highly recommend this place for a successful vacation.

Comfortable and clean

We were there for a family wedding and it was a good place for our needs. It was easy access to shops and places we needed to get to.The host replaced the mattress in the second bedroom when we advised him it was not comfortable. It was quite hot in Calgary at that time, but the suite had central air so was cool.

A great family friendly rental property to stay in Calgary

I had an amazing experience staying in this place. Its a great property for family. The owner took special care to make sure every essentials are available. I stayed there with my 2 year old toddler. Its kid friendly. The kitchen setup is great. The owner provided supplemental heating units so that it feels like main floors, large windows. Location is awesome, great view, 5 min to major retail units like costco and walmart, abundant parking, check in check out was smooth with keyless door lock. Moreover the owner was humble and communicated to make sure everything in order. We loved it.

Not the best....

The apartment was clean, decor was nice. However, if you are hoping to get a good night sleep, this is not the place. The beds are horrible. Dilapidated foam "mattress" in the main bedroom, ancient coil spring mattress in the second bedroom. After the first night we discussed leaving and going to a hotel. The kitchen is not equipped enough to cook, therefore we ate out every meal. The electric kettle needs replacing; it was thick with mineral deposits. Only one pot in the kitchen and it was pitted with burned food. Stop at the store before arriving to buy your own kleenex, body wash, coffee pods. Street parking is limited. The house is located far from the airport and Calgary attractions. This little apartment is cute but could be so much more with some thoughtful effort. And finally, communication - I emailed a few days before arriving to ask about bringing my own coffee pods based on a review I had read of their place - I had no response from the owner.
