Unfortunately, due to the structure of the hotel, all of our inside rooms look towards the pool, which means the room can be quite dark with the curtains closed. As well, we apologize for the smell of the chlorine. This is due to the pool, as well, to be in accordance with Alberta Health Services. In the future, please let the front desk know, and we would be happy to move you to another room. We are sorry for your experience but hope to have you back again for a better stay.
