  • A warm and tastefully furnished basement with a lot of personality. Shops, cinema and restaurants are 6 minutes drive away and the area feels peaceful and secluded. After a busy day, set the ambiance and relax listening to music or watching TV. The kitchenette is well equipped. Soak in the tub, then fall asleep. Please note a family lives upstairs.
    We also offer Bikes, Kayak & Paddle Board for a fee. Our recreational equipment will help you experience the beauty of the community and the region.

Really great place to stay and very close by to the airport. Can be noisy upstairs as it is a basement but Brice was quick to respond to any complaints.

Lovely basement apartment! Spacious and super clean! Very convenient location and easy to find. Beautiful bathroom, very cozy bedroom! Brice was amazing communicating with us to make the process as easy as possible. Very quiet area, everything provided to us. We traveled from Toronto to hike and explore, super close to the airport, only over an hr from Banff and the badlands. If you have a rental car there is also parking available. Close to all the major stores . Highly recommended!

Bryce was an excellent host! The space was clean, as advertised and the rules were clear and simple. We had an incident where we needed him and he showed up immediately, and handled it accordingly. Very responsive and respectful and has passion for what he does. We wish every host was like him! If we have an opportunity we will go back to him every time.

I had such a lovely time at Brice’s suite; everything was spotless and well-kept.Whenever I had any questions or needed assistance, Brice was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful.It’s a bit out of the city centre, but you can easily find everything you need nearby. I’m definitely planning to return.

Our host was very responsive with any questions we had. We loved that the property was very clean and easy to access. TV in the bedroom was a nice touch however it's very buggy and slow. Would've loved to have something like an amazon firestick attached to it to make it a bit easier to use as our Netflix froze on it and that was just it for the night. Overall it served our needs perfectly. Location was nice and good for everything we needed. Parking was not an issue. We were given water and pop which was an awesome way to start our trip as we didn't have a car so we really appreciate those little things. This is a great property with everything you would need.
