Guest Access:
Guests will have full and private access to the entire basement suite, including the living area, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, and in-suite laundry for your convenience 🧺
You’re welcome to use the driveway briefly to load and unload your belongings when arriving or departing 🚗
Parking is located on the street directly in front of the home and is free, first come first serve. There is typically plenty of availability in the area.

Head west and you'll quickly reach the major routes leading towards the majestic Rocky Mountains. For everyday needs, you'll find shopping and dining options a short drive away, providing convenient access to everything you might need during your stay. The area is known for its family-friendly environment and easy access to parks and green spaces, offering a balanced mix of urban convenience and suburban tranquility. Plus, with easy access to major roads like Macleod Trail and Stoney Trail, getting around Calgary and beyond is a breeze.
Getting Around:
Getting around from our suite is a breeze! Free street parking is readily available right in front of the house. For those relying on public transport, the Somerset-Bridlewood LRT station is a short drive away, offering convenient access to downtown Calgary and other city destinations. From there, you can easily connect to various bus routes. The Calgary International Airport (YYC) is approximately a 30-40 minute drive, depending on traffic. If you're planning a day trip to Spruce Meadows, you're in luck – it's just a quick 10-15 minute drive! Whether you're commuting, exploring, or catching a flight, you'll find our location well-connected.
Other Things to Note:
This is a private basement suite with a separate entrance. There may be guests or residents in the upstairs unit, so we kindly ask that all guests are respectful of quiet hours and shared surroundings 😊
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.
We do not allow unauthorized guests. The maximum occupancy must be respected at all times, and any additional guests must be approved in advance. Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges.
