Guests must keep noise levels low enough to not be audible outside the unit during this time, particularly if you are in a condo or attached housing.
No Parties/Events: Absolutely no parties, events, or commercial activity are allowed. Any evidence of an unauthorized gathering, excessive noise, or an illegal activity will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund and a minimum $500 fine to cover potential bylaw penalties and cleaning.
Smoking and Substance Policy:
No Smoking: The property is strictly non-smoking (including cigarettes, cannabis, and vaping) inside the unit, on balconies, or within 5 meters of any entry/window. The smell of smoke in the unit will result in a minimum $250 remediation fee.
Responsible Use: All guests must comply with Alberta`s legal age limits for alcohol consumption.
Property Care and Checkout Protocol:
Treat the Home with Respect: Please leave the space in a tidy condition, place all trash and recycling in the designated bins.
Damage Reporting: Please notify the Host immediately if anything is broken or not functioning. Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the property or its contents that exceeds the security deposit or Host Guarantee coverage.
