Welcome to the Peaceful Panorama Haven by Empire Estates. This homey townhouse is the perfect home away from home and ideal for short or long stays. Upon entering our house you will be wowed by the vast open space in our living room with 15 foot tall ceilings.

The home itself is thoughtfully put together and was designed with the comfort of our guests in mind. This cozy space will make you feel like you never want to leave, so book your next stay with us now while we still have availability!

THE SPACE
If you’re looking for a cozy space to temporarily call home that’s in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood then you won’t find any better than this. Located in the sought after community of Panorama Hills, this townhome is nestled in a tranquil complex which is directly across the street from a playground, large community pond, and walking paths.

Also within walking distance is the local grocery store, several restaurants, liquor store, Tim Hortons and so much more.

This seemingly isolated area is surprisingly only 2 minutes from the major highway, less than 10 minutes away from Cross Iron Mills (Calgary’s largest mall, Racetrack and Casino), and just 15 minutes from the Calgary International Airport.

*LIVING ROOM:
The living room is an enormously inviting space which boasts 15 foot ceilings, along with plenty of windows which allow for an abundance of natural sunlight. Sink into our two extremely comfortable couches, and pull the levers on the side to lean back and kick up your feet. The solo recliner, however, is perhaps the most comfy spot in the house, whoever wins this spot can also lean back and kick up their feet while enjoying their favorite shows or movies on our Roku TV.

We have a coffee table and plenty of side tables so you can conveniently place your snacks and drinks. This area is a perfect spot to relax, hangout, and discuss your travelling adventures with your friends and family. There’s also plenty of books and decorations so you can just sit back and feel as carefree as you would in your own home.

**There is a wall mounted fireplace which is temporarily out of order.**

*DINING AREA:
The dining area of our home is a comfy space to sit down and enjoy a home cooked meal. We provide plates, bowls, cups, cutlery and even wine glasses so you can have the perfect dinner even while away from home. Please use towels or cloths when placing hot items on the surfaces of the kitchen to avoid heat stress marks.

-Dining table and chairs for four.
-Plates, bowls, cups, cutlery are provided.


*KITCHEN:
The full kitchen offers everything you need to cook and easily clean up. The dishwasher works great and there’s tons of dishwasher pods under the kitchen sink. The cabinets and drawers are full of everything you could need including cutlery, cookware, and cooking utensils.

The fridge and microwave are also in perfect working order and ready for you to use. The island is a perfect space for additional room for prepping or eating, and it’s even on wheels so it can be conveniently moved to wherever you would like!

-Oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge all in working order.
-Fully stocked with cookwear, utensils etc.
-Complimentary tea & coffee.


*HALF BATHROOM:
The half bathroom is located directly off the kitchen. This half bath has a toilet and sink, and the laundry is also located in this room.


*MASTER BEDROOM:
The spacious master bedroom has a King size bed fitted with a Eurotop mattress and comfy mattress protector; this luxurious bed truly sleeps like a dream, and the dream catcher will ensure they’re only good dreams!

There are 2 usb chargers located on each side of the bed, so all you have to do is plug in your cord for easy charging of your devices while you sleep. Dual nightstands and lamps complete the bed set, along with a bench at the end of the bed so you can easily get dressed in the mornings.

The ensuite is directly off the master bedroom which has a full bathroom with shower/bathtub combo. The walk in closet is located off the ensuite, and comes with a dresser, and hangers so you can easily store and organize your belongings.

*MASTER ENSUITE:
The ensuite of the master bedroom comes with a bathtub/shower combo so you can relax in the tub or hop in the shower. We provide complimentary shampoo and body wash so you won’t have to worry about travelling with liquids.

*BEDROOM 2:
Down the hallway from the master retreat, you’ll find another bedroom to the left with a Queen size bed and Eurotop mattress. This cozy bedroom has a nightstand and bedside lamp complete with usb charging ports.

The closet in this bedroom has a large storage rack so you can organize your belongings. There are also extra bed linens located in the storage rack.

*BEDROOM 3:
Across from bedroom 2 is another similar sized bedroom with a double size bed, also with a comfy eurotop mattress and comfy mattress protector. This bedroom has a nightlamp on the headboard which also comes with usb charging ports.

The stylish chaise is great for getting dressed in the morning, or perfect for reading a bedtime story to the kids! We provide a ton of children’s books so you can take your pick from their favourites! There are books, along with a wide variety of board games in the closet in this room.

*UPSTAIRS FULL BATHROOM:
The second full bathroom can be found off the hallway on the upper level. This full bathroom comes with a bathtub/shower combo, along with complimentary shampoo and bodywash.

*LAUNDRY
Laundry machines are located in the same room as the half bathroom off the kitchen. We provide complimentary detergent so you can feel free to wash your clothing at anytime during your stay.

*PATIO
The back patio is the perfect space to enjoy the outdoors. There’s patio furniture so you can sit back and relax while being outside. There’s a BBQ on the back patio too so you can grill up your favourite food while travelling, you can’t beat that!

GUEST ACCESS

ENTERING/LEAVING
The front door of the townhome is the main entry point where you will find a smartlock. The code for the smartlock will be provided on the day of your arrival. There is also a back door which leads to the back patio and community yard. The back door has a traditional deadbolt lock so you can only use this door after entering through the front. Please make sure to lock BOTH doors before leaving.



PARKING
Upon your arrival you will find your own dedicated driveway and garage. The remote for the garage door is inside, and will be yours to use after entering through the front door.
Other things to note
• Guests have access to this entire townhome except for the basement which is locked for storage.

• Wifi name and password is on fridge.

• Host can be contacted through the VRBO app at anytime.

• Please do not call or text unless it is an emergency.


OTHER HOUSE RULES:
-Quiet hours is from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM

-STRICT NO PARTIES/ EVENTS OR DRUG USE - $500 FINE FOR EVIDENCE OF PARTIES/ EVENTS OR DRUG USE.

-FAILURE TO LEAVE FOB ON THE KITCHEN ISLAND WILL RESULT IN $250 FEE.

-FAILURE TO LEAVE THE GARAGE OPENER ON THE KITCHEN ISLAND WILL RESULT IN $150 FEE.

-STRICT NO PET POLICY - PETS INSIDE OUR HOME WILL RESULT IN $250 FEE.

-STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY - SMOKING OF ANY KIND WILL RESULT IN $250 FEE.

-STAYING PAST THE CHECKOUT TIME OF 11AM WILL RESULT IN $250 FEE.

-NO shoes inside.

**We can provide a pack n' play crib for a fee of $40
