Front Sitting Room
Have guests over or need a space to hold a meeting? This front room is ideal for entertaining or spending some time on your own. You can get comfy on either the loveseat sofa or one of the fun red chairs that give the room personality and flair.
Living Room
Settle in on the family room leather sofa right next to the gas fireplace with a drink and some take-out for a night in streaming your favourite shows on the flat-screen TV. This room is elegant and comfortable and a great space to kick your feet up after a day of work or exploring the city and surrounding areas.
Home Office
If you’re visiting Calgary for a workcation, on a business trip, or need to keep up with projects while away, you’ll love how ideal the dedicated workspace is. This space is set up for you to have the privacy you need to make or take calls. There’s also a shelf for keeping your things organized and a couch for when you need to take a break or clock out for a midday nap.

Bedrooms
In keeping with the modern and simple design, you’ll find the bedrooms are not only highly comfortable but also stylish. We’ve chosen subdued color palettes for each room to provide an atmosphere of calm so you can have a fantastic night`s sleep and be ready for whatever the next day brings.

Primary Bedroom with Ensuite
Located on the top floor, you’ll find the primary suite with a queen-sized bed, a reading chair, and a full private bathroom.
Bedroom #2 with Shared Bathroom
The second guest room is also located on the top floor with a twin bed, reading chair and workspace. If you’re travelling with kids who are homeschooling or doing class online, this room will be ideal for helping them stay on course.
Bedroom #3 with Shared Bathroom
The third bedroom is also located on the top floor with a queen-sized bed, side table and lamp for late-night reading and a large window allowing the room to fill with natural light throughout the day. There’s also ample closet space and a dresser for tucking away luggage.
Additional Sleeping
The office space has a sleeper sofa that can accommodate an additional guest.
Laundry
A washer and dryer are located in the house, with laundry detergent and dryer sheets for your use.
Consumables
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.
Parking
You will have access to the garage, driveaway, and neighbourhood street parking.
Check-In/Checkout
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

Downtown Calgary (20 mins): You’ll love being so close to the downtown core, where you can plan to visit all the main attractions like the Calgary Zoo, and Telus Spark Science Centre. Eat at incredible restaurants and get caught up in everything that famed “Cow-Town” has to offer.
University of Calgary (12 mins): If you have a student attending University here or considering enrolling, staying at The Highland makes visiting campus simple.
The Calgary Tower (21 mins): Don’t miss seeing the city from the very best vantage point. Calgary Tower is a must for visitors who want to take in the breathtaking panoramic views of the city you can’t get anywhere else. It ’s a fantastic place for a memorable date night or family adventure.
Banff National Park (1 hour): Don’t miss out on the mountains during your stay with us. We recommend planning a day trip regardless of the time of year to either go skiing, boarding, hiking or just take in the beauty of the mountains up close and personal. It’s a must-see!
Calgary Stampede Olympic Park (25 mins): If you’ve come to see “the greatest outdoor show on earth,” The Highland is only a short 25-minute drive from the centre of the festivities.
The Highland is less than a 20-minute drive from the Calgary International Airport. We recommend having a personal car for running errands and getting around the city. However, public transportation and Uber, Lyft and taxi services all have a solid presence in the area.
