I recently stayed here for a month, lovely little place and excellent location, very close to save on foods, Tim Hortons, etc. Building felt safe and secure, parking space is close to front entrance, laundry in condo very convienent, communication with host was good. Could use some more kitchen supplies and updated furniture and some decor to make it a little more homey but other than that a great experience, would stay there again

Just what we needed. During the calgary stampede you could not get a room under 400.00. I left some feedback about adding a fan and it was well received. The host messaged and said one has since been installed. Around the corner, a 4 minute walk was grocery store,drugged store, restaurant ect... Very handy for cooking ourselves a nice meal. There was basic dishes and cookware to get by. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Very nice place to stay. It feels like home. There are a few things to note:- The air fryer doesn't function properly as it a bit worn out. - The door key is hard to insert to get the door unlocked- hand soap was empty at the kitchen

The bed was full of crumbs, so the bedding was all washed before they were able to sleep. Thankful there is laundry machines available. The couch felt oily and the bathtub needed to be cleaned and hair removed before they were able to use it. The dishwasher was full of dishes and the cutlery was dirty in the drawer. There were no garbage bags provided, which is minor I suppose. The communication was descent between my staff member and the VRBO owner although she waited a long time to be let into the condo. Overall, her stay was good once she got things tidied up. She felt safe in the area and in the building.

Unfortunately, our experience was EXTREMELY disappointing. Upon arrival, the unit did not appear to have been properly cleaned. We found hair in the bathtub, food left behind in the freezer and on the counter, a used water bottle/vape, dusty and dirty surfaces, and other cleanliness issues throughout the property. We documented everything with photos immediately upon entering and contacted the host right away. We did not feel comfortable staying in the condition the unit was presented, so we left and booked a hotel at our own expense. The host did not respond until much later, explaining they were out of the country, which left us with no opportunity to have the issues addressed before making alternative arrangements. Afterward, instead of acknowledging the overall cleanliness concerns, the host focused on defending a few individual items and accused us of leaving without notice, despite us contacting them immediately upon arrival. We felt our concerns were dismissed rather than taken seriously. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this property. We hope future guests receive a cleaner unit and more timely, constructive communication if problems arise.

Great location and super close to amenities, there’s a shopping complex with restaurants, gas, grocery store, etc next door that’s easily accessed by foot. The place is secure, has parking, easy check in/out and the host was pleasant when I spoke to them so there are positives. I was disappointed by the lack of pots and other things for cooking. There was only an 8” frypan and a wok, couldn’t boil a couple of eggs for breakfast or make anything requiring a pot. Not a big deal I survived but preparing a meal or two while in town for a couple of days is sort of the point of staying in a place like this rather than a regular hotel room. This is easily fixed by the host with a couple of items. The place also needs a good wipe down. I give it a 6/10 for cleanliness, a little more attention to detail is required. I wasn’t too phased by it but I know others would be. A couple of new pillows would be nice too Overall this place
