The apartment features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower, and another with two single beds, also with a private bathroom with a shower. There is also a guest WC. The living area includes a comfortable lounge and an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped to prepare and enjoy meals in a cozy setting.

The balcony, facing the road, offers a pleasant sea view — ideal for unwinding outdoors. Guests also have access to a shared swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on warm days, and a private parking space for added convenience.

The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- A Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for each person staying overnight in the municipality of Calheta. All guests staying in tourist developments and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights stay (€14 per person). Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a baby cot, a high chair, and a baby bath if needed, but you should request these in advance. There is a first aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket in the property.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
