Questo nuovissimo appartamento ha molto da offrire da un'ampia area ricreativa all'aperto con vista sull'oceano e sulle montagne senza dimenticare i suoi interni molto confortevoli e un barbecue incorporato nella cucina per sfruttare al meglio la vostra vacanza. Brilliant Stay

Great facilities right on the doorstep and helpful guides in the loving room upon entry. At night the area was quiet but only a shot taxi ride if you want something a bit more energetic in the evening time. Not to mention the breathtaking views every morning. 10/10 cant wait to come back

Wunderschönes Apartment mit Traumdachterrasse

Das Apartment ist wunderschön eingerichtet, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Die Dachterrasse hat einen fantastischen Blick und hat bis zum späten Abend Sonne, wenn man möchte. Wir hatten eine erholsame und wunderschöne Zeit auf Madeira und sagen danke.

Magnifique

Logement magnifique situé dans les hauteurs, proche de Calheta. Les commerces sont proches et facilement accessibles en voiture depuis la maison. Située juste en contre-bas de la maison du propriétaire, la maison est isolée, sans vis-à-vis, et à été parfaite. La terrasse est très grande, et la vue est magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli très gentiment, et nos hôtes ont été très discret pendant notre séjour. Le plus a été les draps et serviettes propres qui ont gentiment été déposés à la fin de notre 1e semaine de séjour. Merci pour tout à Nelson et Hugo pour leur disponibilité. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter.

Bel appartement avec superbe vue

Bel appartement très lumineux et parfait pour un couple. Nous avons profité de l’immense terrasse après nos randonnées dans les levadas de l’île. Merci à Sonia, Nelson et Hugo pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil. Nous avons passé deux très belles semaines . Obrigado!

Tolles Sonnendeck- wie auf dem Meer!

Ein schönes, gepflegtes Apartment mit großem Sonnendeck- absolut top! Gute Betreuung durch Hugo, der den Vermieter unterstützt. Sehr ruhig gelegen, toller Ausblick. Mobile Heizung wurde sofort zur Verfügung gestellt, als es abends sehr kühl war. Waren sehr zufrieden und würden immer wieder hinfahren! Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: ein größerer Tisch für draußen, der vorhandene ist sehr klein für eine gemütliche Mahlzeit, Austausch der Sonnenliegen, denn die vorhandenen sind ehemals sehr gut, nun aber recht wackelig und vom Wetter beschädigt, es fehlten die Auflagen. Aber das ist Kritik auf hohem Niveau- Preis/Leistung stimmt !

Erholung und Ruhe pur!!!!

Schon früh hatten wir einen netten Kontakt mit Nelson. Es stellte sich dann später heraus, dass Hugo alle E-Mails schreibt, da Nelson kein English spricht. Nelson bewohnt mit seiner Familie das Haus unter dem sich diese wunderbare Wohnung befindet. Es ist alles äusserst sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Aussicht und die Lage ist TOP! Wir haben dennoch ein paar Punkte, die wir bemängeln. Möchten aber darauf hinweisen, dass wir hier auf hohem niveau jammern. - leider wurde quer durch ein Telefonkabel mit Masten gezogen, was die Aussicht unserer Ansicht nach sehr beeinträchtigt - es gibt nur eine grosse Matratze mit einer grossen Decke, was uns dann dazu veranlasst hat, dass einer auf dem Sofa geschlafen hat. Dies ist nicht jedermanns Sache - wenn mann etwas grillieren möchte, empfiehlt es sich, kleineres Holz zu besorgen. Die riesigen Balken kann man auch mit viel Anzündwürfeln und Holzkohle nicht zum Brennen bringen - unbedingt den Laden oberhalb der Hauptstrasse benutzen. Dieser ist super!!! Leider haben wir ihn erst am Schluss entdeckt, da wir von Hugo nur erfahren haben, dass man dort Brot kaufen kann (man findet dort alles und auch frisch!) - die Terrassenmöbel sind in die Jahre gekommen, der Tisch ist instabil. Allenfalls könnte der Besitzer mal etwas Neues besorgen. - heisses Wasser kommt erst nach mind. 5 Min! Super Location! Es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen! Nicole & Alex

Excellent property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The view from the deck is phenomenal exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. The only tricky part was finding the place but many thanks to Hugo who came to meet us. We met the owner and his family who were very gracious and we managed a conversation with our limited Portuguese and their limited English. Very highly recommended.

Great apartment with lovely view and Terra

Property as described and well equipped. Only real issue was we found the bed uncomfortable and us only a small double. Be aware on air conditioning so in the summer could be a hot. We stayed in Sept and it was fine. Friendly owners

Wunderschön!

Diese Ferienwohnung ist einer der wichtigsten Gründe, warum es uns auf Madeira so gut gefallen hat und bestimmt wiederkommen, nach Madeira und auf jedenfall ins SUN PARADISE. Die Wohnung ist sauber, modern und mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet. Spektakulär ist natürlich die große Terrasse mit dem tollen Ausblick . Der Kontakt zum Vermieter bzw. zu seinem Assistenten, war immer freundlich und schnell, per Mail von zu Hause, sowie auch Vorort. Die kleine Ortschaft ist, wie fast alles auf Madeira in einem Berghang gebaut. Dort ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, ein paar heimische Bars und ein ital. Restaurant, wo man sehr gut essen gehen kann. Wir hatten bei unserem Aufenthalt, das Glück, das im Ort ein traditionelles Fest war und wir so hautnah das ganze miterleben durften. Ein Mietwagen ist auf jedenfall ratsam. Um von der zentral gelegen Wohnung, die Insel zu erkunden. Die Fahrt vom Flughafen dauert ca. 40 min. Diese Ferienwohnung können wir zu 100% weiterempfehlen, für die , die einen ruhigen,erholsamen, naturnahen Urlaub auf Madeira machen wollen.

Fewo mit herausragender Lage

Sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung mit sehr großer Terrasse und toller Aussicht auf´s Meer und die Umgebung. Die Fewo ist praktisch eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Sehr gut für 2 Personen geeigent. Die separat auf dem Grundstück wohnenden Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, gleichzeitig aber sehr diskret.

Fantastischer Ausblick in Hanglage

Das Appartement bietet alles was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Ganz zu schweigen von der phantastischen Terrasse. Von morgens bis abends hat uns die Sonne verwöhnt. Das Appartement liegt ruhig am Berg und dennoch findet man alles für den täglichen Bedarf im Ort. Ein Auto ist erforderlich, um die tolle Umgebung zu genießen. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und können Hugo und Nelson als Gastgeber empfehlen. Grüße Ulrike und Jörg

A beautiful place and views - definitely a place to come back to

An amazing place on a cliff overlooking (surprisingly) calm Atlantic ocean. Very welcoming hosts and Hugo has provided us with a list of “must see/ must do’s”. Near proximity to most of the hiking trails, the marina, shops and restaurants (although you must have a car). There was everything we could possibly need to in the apartment, which made our stay very homey and pleasent.

The apartment was clean and well equipped apart from teapot and toaster. As we arrived mid evening milk and bread for breakfast would have been appreciated. acess to UK TV would have helped in the evening but not essential.
