Sweetgum Villa with access to the Hiwassee River

Down a nice picturesque country road you will arrive at Hiwassee Acres and our newly remodeled two bedroom one and a half bathroom townhome. Each upstairs bedroom is spacious with a queen bed and a view of the beautiful fields in front of the unit. The main bathroom has recently been remodeled and is convenient to both bedrooms. Downstairs, is the living room with a flat screen TV, dining area, full sized kitchen including a Keurig Coffee maker and a half bath with washer and dryer just for you! In case you want to remain at least somewhat connected with the outside world, we made sure to include good quality Internet access! You will find that everything is tastefully appointed for your visual pleasure and physical comfort.
