“Municipal Grand was only a few months old when we visited. Originally a bank and then a municipal courthouse, the renovation has been amazing. So cool, so hip, so fun! The entire lobby is a bar, and the rooms were perfect +if a bit small). We did not make it up to the rooftop pool, might have made this place even better. ”

“Great location to all attractions in downtown area. Trolley stop is right across the street and River street is 5mins walk. The Georgia Queen sunset cruise boat landing dock is also closeby, about 10 mins walking. Very convenient for first timers. Parking is easy and no extra cost. ”

“Food was delicious. Nicole was a great house manager. She cooked, cleaned and was so friendly. We really enjoyed her company . We actually invited her to sit with us as she was so nice. Stunning room. Beautifuly furnished, spotlessly clean and every amenity you could think of. We highly recommend this B&B

“My stay was one of the most remarkable ones we've ever had. I needed a gateaway with my teen daughter, at a place where we could feel cozy .. this place provides not only a great experience but also that warm cozy home feeling... that allow my daughter and I to bond by having a great quality time surrounded by art, genuine staff and that uniqueness only this place can provide. “Older hotel with great history and outstanding restaurant. The owner visited with us a number of times in lobby area. Rooms are fine, older individual furnished, but need attention. Easy walk to River one way and Cathederal the other. Hotel has history of ghosts! ”

“We had a lovely stay at the Present! We will definitely be back again! Mark was onsite during our check in and he was super friendly and kind and gave us great suggestions for where to go for food in the city.
The property was quiet and very clean and well kept. The only issue we ran into was the AC wasn’t working on our first night on the 4th floor but they let us stay in another unit the first night (206) it was super cute and cozy.
Then we moved to unit 401 for the remainder of the trip...
