“Great hotel”

“For the price point of this place it is a gem!!!!! This place exceeds expectation for what you are paying for. We stayed for 3 days for my daughter’s softball tournament in dalton. Saved me $650 compared to staying in dalton super easy up and down the highway. We had house keeping everyday with towels and sheets placed in our room. We didn't bother with breakfast its continental which means barely anything and i don't know why people complain about it. Plenty of places to eat right where we...

“Room was great checking in the girl wasn't very pleasant at all. She was a little hateful when I ask questions. Breakfast was ok with what was there but most things like egg was empty. Girl in back but didn't seem to be doing anything to fill stuff.”

“We were thrilled with our room, very clean and a great bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed and the breakfast in the morning was fabulous, so many different options. The staff were great and we will be staying again the next time we are in the area.”

“Blow dryer was not adequate. Short cord and not very strong. A few of the towels had stains on them, but other than that, the best thing was that the staff was very helpful and friendly.”

“The property needs attention, the sheets of both beds were stained, the carpet was dirty, the elevator doesn't work correctly. And comparing price with the quality of the hotel was not worthy. I am sorry for the personal that works there but mangers and owners they need to do something about it.”

“Bed linens were stained, towels were completely yellow with hair on them, walls and door frames covered in greasy black hand prints and grime. Two small bars of soap that were given 1) didn’t lather and 2) didn’t even last a full shower before disintegrating. There was a man sitting in the back of his box truck with the back door rolled up right outside our door for hours. Calhoun is a small, country town, but the desk manager had the front lobby locked down at 3pm (check in time) like it was...

“Human feces was easily seen on the toilet seat (and under the seat) when entering the bathroom. The toilet had not been cleaned between stays. Live and dead cockroaches were on countertops and moving about the room. Also could not reach anyone at the front desk via phone - contacted Expedia who also could not reach a front desk attendant. Awful experience.”

“The room looked like it had not been swept in months. Two of the towels had a greyish blue looking mold on them. The fridge was unplugged and still had someone else's icream container melted in the freezer. When you ran the water in the sink or the shower it sounded like the water was just draing on the ground beneath the sink and shower. There wasn't a way to look underneath to see where the water was going.”

“If not traveling with family would of been an OK stay. Not family friendly, breakfast posted as 6:30am, told 7am at desk, had not even started putting out when we checked out at 7. No elevator so if on second floor must use steps, difficult for disabilities and traveling with multiple small children. Some rooms had chairs, others did not. Felt more like a motel trying to operate like a hotel.”

“Front desk guy was teally nice and deserves a good review. Buy that is the only thing good about the hotel. Room is dirty, full of dead insects. Bedsheets look 50 years old. Stinks indian food to the point that the odor will stick to your clothes. Never going back. Unfortunately indian businesses are always discussing.”
