“Beautiful property and great location, right in the heart of Rancho CA road, access to several other wineries in area. I would have given it 5 stars just for that alone, but the wine is not that great and the place does not have a pool. Also, the hotel checkin staff were not that friendly, one for the male reps (he may have been the manager) never said "hello and welcome" just looked at us and simply asked us "name". He then just handed the other younger female rep a paper and started talking...

“The location was wonderful, and the staff were friendly, but unfortunately, the room itself was very dirty and seemed like it hadn’t been properly dusted or cleaned in years. We specifically requested a pet-friendly room and paid a $20 deposit per dog, so I expected the room to be reasonably clean, especially since we were paying an additional fee. “What can I say, we stay here for the night at least a couple times a year being a short distance from Palm Desert home. Super friendly staff, clean, peaceful times by the pool before heading to dinner somewhere. Ice machine always working, nice basic breakfast, easy parking. Keep doin yo thang, BSI!~”
