I’d say the only downsides for me is that there’s too many locks throughout the property (a total of 4 to go through before you can enter your room - 1 at the main entrance, 2 to enter the building and 1 to enter the room) and since there’s no on-site staff you have to message them on Expedia and wait for a response and they can be a little slow). “Stayed at a handful of hostels and this one's in a class of its own. Bunk beds are comfortable and private, with plenty of lockable storage underneath. The space is clean, warm, and genuinely well put together. Staff are friendly and they set the tone for the place. Taco Tuesday is not to be missed. Easy in and out, free parking just a block away. There’s trash on the side of the house,they’ve continued to let guests who were obnoxious rude or violent stay there. Each time it was brought up,it was dismissed.
