“Clean and new room. Had towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Love their scent! Everything was great. The only loud noise that woke us up was the sound of ambulance or police sirens that passed by. The AC makes a bit of a noise but it was like a white noise machine which actually helped drown the noise outside since we're near a main road.”

“The room we were given after stating that there were allergies involved had a stale musty mildew smell to it. We opened the window and turned on the air to get things aired out. By midnight we were having breathing issues. The assistant manager stated the air conditioner needed to be cleaned and offered a refund. We left to find another hotel and now they are not providing any refund.”

“Albergo carino e in posizione comoda per essere utilizzato come base per le escursioni nelle cittadine di Monterey e Carmel, visti i prezzi alti di questo periodo nei due suddetti centri. Parcheggio ampio, qualche ristorante nelle vicinanze. La zona non offre granché se si cerca altro. Colazione nella norma ma spazio ristrettissimo con pochi tavoli. Camera invece grande e accogliente. In sintesi una buona scelta anche se non esattamente economica.”

“Breakfast food always out ; refills not fast enough @ 8am and not a lot of guest. Hotel's showing age in carpet ,bathroom wall & grout. Overall stay is ok. I stayed in this place many times & did not know that they are now pet friendly - I have a child who is allergic to pet dander.”

There is no staff permanently on-site, so whenever you need assistance you have to call or send a text message and wait for someone to respond. The property was not properly maintained, with visible spider webs, dirty glasses, and an overall lack of attention to cleanliness. Although the room is equipped with air...

“Struttura fatiscente, camera sporchissima e prezzo esorbitante. ”

“I didn’t like how there were hairs around the shower, didn’t seem clean to me. I also wasn’t happy with the cleaning crew, we had not checked out or even advised of our check out and cleaning lady open the door without even knocking and entered. She did apologize and quickly closed the door and left. Check out time is 12pm and she came into the room at 10:40am. Very unprofessional.”
