“Loved this property! Close to downtown but quiet neighborhood. Plenty of conveniences and private back patio.”

“This is a great property and location. My only issue was that another guest locked me out of the entire property. Found out at 10:30 at night. No real solution other than sleeping in my car in parking lot given required CPAP was inside the room. Didn't get into the hotel until after 2 a.m.”

“Atlas Peak is a great studio that I stayed for 3 months. Appliances, furniture, and silverware are excellent. Common garden has ample space, chairs, tables and a grill. Parking is free and easy. Arthur is always available and very quick to respond to any needs big or small. Having biweekly deep cleaning was excellent. Minor things to improve are a recent cleaning before check-in to avoid spiders and better WiFi. Would definitely recommend, thank you for being great hosts!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cannery Loft. The amenities were great and restaurants and SMART train within a short walking distance. It is spacious and comfortable with charming décor. Having a parking spot on the driveway was super convenient. Allen was a great host who was readily accessible for any questions.”

“Was not familiar with Santa Rosa so just hoped it was in a good neighborhood. It turned out to be in a great area of beautiful, well kept homes. A few things were walkable (a grocery store) but we had a car. Everything went super smooth and the three of us (man, wife, adult daughter) were completely comfortable here. And it was so cute too! It does allow pets so there is a slight dog odor, but we're animal lovers so we didn't mind at all. Only noticed it upon entering, but not after a while.”
