    The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. Access is via a communal entrance, leading to the apartment’s private door within the building.

    Guest Access:

    Guests have exclusive access to the entire ground-floor apartment during their stay, including the living room with a wood burner fireplace, open-plan kitchen and dining area, bedroom, and bathroom.

    Access to the apartment is via a communal entrance shared with other residents in the building. From the entrance hallway, you will reach the apartment’s private door on the ground floor.

    Guests are welcome to come and go freely throughout their stay. Free on-street parking is available nearby for your convenience.

    Once inside, the apartment is fully self-contained, offering comfort, privacy, and flexibility for family stays, couples, or business travellers.

    As your host, we strive to provide attentive and responsive communication throughout your stay. While we do not offer a meet and greet service, we closely monitor messages through this platform and commit to prompt responses between the hours of 9 am and 10 pm.     The apartment is perfectly located just steps from the heart of Callander, often known as the Gateway to the Highlands and the eastern entrance to Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park. From your door, you can stroll to charming cafés, traditional pubs, independent shops, and local restaurants within minutes.

    Nature lovers will be spoilt for choice. Enjoy a scenic walk along the River Teith at Callander Meadows, hike to the stunning Bracklinn Falls, or take on Ben Ledi for panoramic Highland views. Nearby lochs including Loch Venachar, Loch Lubnaig and Loch Earnhead offer peaceful waterside walks, picnic spots and breathtaking scenery.

    Although being in the centre of town, the area retains a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, making it the perfect base for both adventure and relaxation in the Trossachs.

    Getting Around:

    Callander is ideally located for exploring Central Scotland, with excellent transport links by car, bus & train.

    By Car:
    Driving is one of the best ways to explore the area. Callander sits on the A84, offering easy routes to Stirling (30 mins), Loch Lomond (45 mins), Loch Tay (45 mins), Loch Earn (30 mins), Glasgow (56 mins) & Edinburgh (1 hr 20 mins). There is free on-street parking nearby the apartment for your convenience.

    By Bus:
    Regular bus services connect Callander with Stirling, where you can access onward routes across Scotland. The journey between Callander & Stirling takes around 40 minutes, with stops throughout the town. Local buses also serve surrounding villages, lochs & walking areas, making it easy to explore without a car.

    By Train:
    The nearest train station is Stirling, approximately 30 minutes by car or bus from Callander. From Stirling, you’ll find direct rail links to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Perth & beyond, making it a convenient hub for day trips or onward travel.

    Whether you’re travelling by car, public transport, or enjoying the local walking trails, Callander’s central position makes it the perfect base for discovering Scotland’s most scenic landscapes.

    Other Things to Note:

    The apartment is located on the ground floor and accessed via a communal entrance shared with other residents in the building. We kindly ask guests to be considerate when using shared areas, particularly during early morning and late evening hours.

    As the apartment is situated just steps from Callander town centre, some everyday town activity may occasionally be heard.

    A starter supply of logs/kindling will be provided for the wood burner. Please ensure the fire is fully extinguished before leaving the apartment or going to bed.

    Free on-street parking is available nearby; availability may vary during busier periods. There are no dedicated parking spaces.

    A welcome basket of amenities is provided for all guests, including a carton of milk to help you settle in and enjoy a hot drink on arrival. Throughout the house, you’ll find crisp white linens, soft towels & Scottish Sea Kelp hand soap and shampoo for use during your stay, adding a refined touch of Scottish luxury.

    Respectful Stays:
    The apartment is located within a residential building close to Callander town centre. Please be considerate of neighbours at all times, particularly during early mornings and late evenings.

    Quiet Hours:
    Please keep noise to a minimum between 11pm and 7am, including TV volume, music and general activity.

    No Parties or Events:
    Parties, gatherings or events are strictly not permitted.

    Wood Burner:
    Please use the wood burner responsibly. Ensure the fire is fully extinguished before leaving the apartment or going to bed. Do not overload the stove. A starter supply of logs will be provided; additional logs can be purchased.

    No Smoking or Vaping:
    Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the apartment or communal building areas.

    Guests:
    Only the number of guests included in the booking may stay overnight.

    Departure Courtesy:
    Before departure, we kindly ask that you wash any dishes and kitchen items used during your stay. If you don’t have time to dry and put them away, please don’t worry — our cleaning team will take care of that for you. This helps us maintain high standards for incoming guests. Thank you.
