Magnificent villa located in Calpe and ideal for 4 persons, singles, couples or families. It offers a spacious sized 2 x bedrooms with wall to wall mirrored wardrobes. En-suite shower room to master bedroom and 2nd bedroom (twin beds) and family bath/shower room. A modern, fully renovated villa with stunning private pool and fabulous spacious terrace. Lovely sea view from balcony terrace. Open planned, spacious modern kitchen dining area and lounge. Comfortable living area with 2 sofas and chair where you can sit back and read a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer. Villa includes tv, WIFI, airconditioning, central heating, ironing and washing machine facilities. New to the kitchen is a healthier option for cooking an airfryer. One of the most striking features is the outside private pool with large terrace creating a perfect chill out ambiance for reading or sunbathing and a covered dining with pergola for shade. A majestic villa that blends old world charm with new age comfort making your holiday stay perfect. Fantastic position 5 minutes drive from old town and beach with a bustling market on a Saturday. Lots of shops to browse in and restaurants with food from all round the the world as well as local Spanish cuisine. Lots of interesting historical walks, fantastic golf clubs, waters sports, many restaurants and bars to wander or drive out to. Public transport and taxis available.
Only a few mins walk to Calpe tram station and bus stop, 5 minutes drive or 20 min walk to beach, old town and local supermarkets. Car is recommended for comfort to explore the many wonderful sights and activities of Calpe and surrounding areas.

Villa is immaculate, well laid out. Pool area superb. Everything we needed was provided, so well equipped. Well located for Calpe but in a quiet area. Lovely hosts too, great communication.

Amazing Villa

Absolutely beautiful modern Villa. Has all the facilities needed and has been refurbished to a high standard. Very close to Calp and nearby beaches, restaurants and shops. Frank and Charlotte are super hosts, friendly and were flexible with checking in and out. They have a depth of knowledge of the local area and beyond which helped during our stay. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends. Thank you Angela/David & Frank/Charlotte. Regards Davinder & Family.

Gorgeous villa

This property is stunning - the outside area and good sized pool is well thought out. Lots of shaded area when needed and on a night time looks really pretty with the colours changing in the pool and lights dotted around. The actual Villa is a home from home. Everything you need is there, from colanders to beach umbrellas! The air conditioning is quiet and the bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms are beautiful. The Villa is very secure. I feel that you would need a taxi or car to get into town (if you’re a family with small children or have mobility problems ) as it took us a good 30 mins one way and it is up hill coming back. There is a bus service not too far from the Villa which comes to the nearby train station ( you can’t hear the trains by the way). We never used it though. On occasions, we used a taxi service which had an app and could be booked online. The property managers, Charlotte and Frank are really friendly and knowledgeable about the area and nothing is too much trouble. The cleanliness of the Villa when we arrived was first class. It’s obvious that the owners of the property and the property managers standards are high. Well done to everyone involved with this Villa. Will be recommending this Villa to friends and family.

The Perfect villa

We have just returned from 2 weeks in this absolutely beautiful villa just outside Calpe. From start to finish this was the most perfect trip. From being greeted by Charlotte and Frank to welcome us, offering us great advice about calpe and it's surrounding areas. Lovely friendly and warm people thank you guys xx The villa is stunning, if you think the photos make the place look good, it looks fabulous in real life ! The owners have thought of everything, and all done in incredible taste. Uk Adaptors already in place, pool towels, great wardrobe space, Stunning kitchen, with great crockery, utensil and glass choice. Comfy beds. Great Aircon. The pool area takes your breathe away. Huge patio space, again, well thought out and comfortable. The pool is huge and is definitely the star of the show ! Perfect temperatures, even on the extremely hot days we had. You can walk down to the tram station and bus stop that goes into Calpe in 5 minutes, it is down hill so be prepared for uphill on the way back. The bus is great 1 euro 50 each way and is really quick. Don't forget your mask, as they won't let you on without !! We would definitely recommend a car, as walking to nearest supermarket or old town is a good 20/25 minutes. And the beach another 10 from there. Would be a lovely stroll in cool temperatures, too much in the heat. Taxi range from 10/12 euro from Old town/beach, but are quite difficult to get (but it was peak season for us). This really is probably the nicest villa we have stayed in and as Charlotte knows...we really didn't want to leave! Thanks so much, we really hope to be back one day.

A very modern villa with expensive furnishings.

Definitely need a car - should be put on the website. The bus & tram station is a 10 minute walk but very hot in the heat to walk to. Villa could do with a few things:- A safe Washing machine The pool is very deep at the deep end & would be safer to have a hand rail especially for children and elderly.

We were greeted by Frank and Charlotte who were friendly, extremely informative and helpful in every aspect. Would definitely recommend this lovely villa which is in such a beautiful area. All amenities easy access. We really enjoyed watching the sunset with a glass of Rioja and sunrise with a cool glass of juice or coffee. The villa exceeded our expectations and more.
