It is well known for its spectacular Peñón de Ifach and its palm-fringed beaches bathed by Mediterranean waters. The popular golden sandy beach of Calpe bay has palm trees and seafront promenades, as well as an award-winning coastline full of cafés and restaurants by the beach.

The apartment is cosy, fully equipped and has an area of 65 m².

The recently renovated flat is on the first floor without a lift. It has no swimming pool, but is located 500 m from a beautiful blue flag beach and the seafront promenade.
