“Love this hotel! Very clean and spacious rooms. Nothing fancy but clean and updated design. The entire hotel always had staff working on something, pool,landscaping,bar, vacuuming the halls . Location was great ! Something around every block. Immediate area is super quiet then within 5 minutes is a great mall , ten minutes a strip of restaurants, chains and local ones and 20-30 minutes to Busch gardens and other attractions. Great place to stay! Helpful friendly staff especially Anthony!”

“The staff was friendly and helpful even when there were many things I kept calling a out to address. Overall the room was good and a great price for the one night stay. It wasn't great because of the cleanliness of the stay. I don't exaggerate when I say there were stains on everything. They were washed and cleaned but the sheets had stains and the towels had stains and there were even weird stains on the carpet in the room. It doesn't make things feel clean and it's harder to rest.

“One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Rooms were nice and large. Beds very comfortable. Pool was large and great for cooling off in. Excercise room was nice. Breakfast was hot and good. We were able to use the hotel after our cruise for the day until our 9pm flight. Great location to streetcar. We will be back.”

“Cockroaches. Hotel room seemed okay on first glance - comfy bed and room up to standard. But later on in the night I was greeted by a 2 inch cockroach that the staff removed. They seemed unbothered and told me no other rooms were available. Looking online this is not the first time it’s happened… I’m not sure how a cockroach gets in on an 8th floor with no opening windows unless there’s a bigger issue. Never had this issue in any other florida hotel I’ve stayed at.
