Hotel vicino a Cam Henderson Center - Huntington

“Oh, I enjoyed everything about the stay there. You guys were a lifesaver with the last room there I was well taken care of amazing breakfast and hopefully I’ll see you soon.”

“The hotel had a beautiful view of the river, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. The room itself was clean and well maintained, and we appreciated the overall atmosphere. Unfortunately, the beds were quite warm and uncomfortable for sleeping, which made it difficult to get a good night's rest. Overall, the location and scenery were wonderful, but improvements to the bedding and temperature control would make the experience even better.”

“Staf was very friendly. Room was very clean. Breakfast was very good. The rooms and the hotel could use an update, but overall it was a good hotel and we would stay here again”

“Was okay for a one night stay. We only used one bed in our queen room as we were not sure about clean bedding on other bed. Bathroom and carpets were dirty. Upon check-in in the later evening the front desk was not friendly at all. Seemed like we were an interruption. Front desk in morning was a bit more friendly but not much. Elevator was pretty dirty. This hotel could really use a makeover.”

“staff was wonderful and breakfast was delicious. the only downside was the fridge kept freezing everything even after we turned it way down. But we would definitely stay again.”

“The room was old. The carpet was stained. There was no fridge. The toilet was running all night. There was no clock. There was no shampoo. The remote was filthy. There were stains on the carpet. We were locked out of our original room and they could not get in until almost midnight. We had to go to sleep in the new room in our regular clothes as all our things were in the old room”

“They need to do better about people hanging outside the rooms I don’t appreciate opening my room door to two guys and a woman lurking outside my room the staff accused me of taking towels when I didn’t they were put in the dirty laundry hamper they use”

“The room was clean, but there were bugs in the bathroom had a broken light in the bathroom as well. Also, the first day the shower didn’t work. Management move me to a different room, which was similar to the first. They were a few amenities. No Kleenex, no dresser drawers, no rack to put my suitcase on. TV worked the first night, but did not work from that on. No explanation given. I believe they could’ve been more accommodating and should’ve calmed me the first day due to the bugs in the room...

“My room was was fresh,clean and staff was very friendly. Excellent experience. Not one bad thing. Breakfast was great. Definitely stay here again!”

“Upon check in discovered the room smelled of pure bleach, burned your throat. Was initially told no other room was an available then it was switched out. Luggage cart was falling apart. Spots on carpeting throughout. Staff including front desk always sitting outside smoking and smell like smoke stacks. Breakfast room was freezing cold. Where is management for this location???”

“Needs some maintenance but it is clean. Trains runs alot and gets loud but didn't mind the trains. Nice people.”
