“So extremely wonderful! The front desk spent 20 minutes helping me find a store that sold firewood and were just so friendly and cheerful. Truly above and beyond. 10/10 would stay here again”

“Check-in was fast & easy, there was plenty of parking near our room. Some rooms are accessed from the parking lot, others by stairs or a ramp (which ours was). We had a partial water view balcony, which was small but still nice, but only 1 chair. The room was basic but clean. The mattress was on the firmer side, but the pillow was super-firm (think rock) the 2nd pillow on the bed was flat & flimsy. Neither was comfortable. “Check-in was easy, the staff was friendly, very comfortable, and quiet ”

“Great location. Cleaning needs improvements. Unfortunately this wasn't very clean. The unit smelled of urine when i entered, the bathroom window had been left open. The shower wall had soap residue running down it and the shower shelves had hair, dust and soap build up. the pillow and sheets had hair on them. The fridge had crumbs on the shelves and there were cockroaches in the kitchen. The dining table had dried on food. The closet shelves had hair and dust on them. the ”

“Sweet historic vibes. Outstanding walkable location. Great outdoor space out back. Nice staff. Comfy bed. If you’re not used to noise, the property can be a bit noisy. And though we appreciate ‘historic’, the rooms lean more towards deeply outdated than ‘vintage’. We would go again for the live music and a few drinks. But probably would choose to stay somewhere a bit more off the beaten path.”

“It’s called the Belmont Hotel on all the travel sites but when you get there, they say through the phone that it’s called Vacasa. This hotel is not open when you peek inside the windows of the hotel and front desk and no one around to assist. We had numerous calls trying to get someone to help us and everyone informed us they couldn’t help us until 4 o’clock when we could use a code that would be emailed to us privately to get into the hotel.
