It comprises a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom. There is also a pleasant garden of around 500 m².

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A living room with fireplace (wood not provided)
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. and dining area
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedrooms 2 & 3: each with a queen-size bed (160 × 200)
- Bathroom with bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot.

Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 500 m² and a terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Camaret-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it is close to the harbor (a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute drive) and a large beach that is easily accessible by bike or car.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (two vehicles).
A garage is available for storing bicycles only.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Crozon, about 10 km away.
- Nearest airport: Brest-Guipavas, about 90 km away.
