“Located out of Monterrey up on the hill with a good view on the area. Comfortable room, clean hotel. Cute small pool (closed in spring). Quick check-in even after 10pm. no pets allowed.”

“Overnight stay and we have been here before. Room clean. We were able to check in earlier than 3pm. I did report to front desk when checking out there was loose door lock that was missing screws and needed to be fixed. It’s safety issue. All amenities were good to have :) frig that was cold, microwave and bathroom soaps to use. Did not like the water faucet because it was by hand movement and took time to kick in. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast hours were early and for quick breakfast was good....

“The hotel is quiet or at least has been for the times we are there. I think it is because the guests are probably business travelers. The staff is friendly and the breakfast good - only disappointment is that they served Canadian bacon instead of bacon. The room had the bedroom seperate from the living room and the kitchen. I usually cannot sleep in hotel rooms because I feel trapped with nowhere to go should I toss and turn. Not this time, I slept very well - could very well be that I didn’t...

“The elevators did not work the 5 days we were there. The sink in our room was clogged and drained super slow that we had to use the one in the kitchenette the whole time we were there. We told the girl at the desk on the first day we arrived and she said someone would check it out. Never happened. The coffee in the pots near the buffet room was either empty or cold on a couple of evenings. This was the third time we stayed here but unfortunately it will be our last!”

“It's not the Ritz but a perfectly acceptable stay. The elevator was not working from floor 2 to 3 when we were there but otherwise nothing notable was wrong. Breakfast was very nice, price was reasonable and it was excellently located.”
