The staff went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I had rooms that joined, even though we booked them on separate platforms and made this request at check in. Beds were super comfy and the room lay out is great. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower. For such a nice bathroom, I was expecting more pressure. ”

“Don't stay here. They don't have an elevator, or provide housekeeping to start with. We specifically requested housekeeping before leaving for the day, stating we'd need new towels. After being gone for over 8 hours we found that housekeeping never came. My husband had to go downstairs to ask them to clean the room up. “We stayed in different rooms on April 29 and on May 1, 2026. The rooms seemed recently renovated. This is a no-frills accommodation: there are a little refrigerator and cups, but no coffee-maker. The concierge on each night was welcoming and competent. My only complaint is that on the second night, our supposedly non-smoking room smelled strongly of stale tobacco smoke. “Unless you’re very desperate for a room i would keep driving. Absolutely filthy room. I used towels on the floor to walk from the bathroom to the bed and I used hand towels on the vanity to cover the surface. The smell in the hallway was of old cigarettes. I paid for two nights but only stayed one night. I forfeited the money as it wasn’t worth it to stay and be so uncomfortable.”
