2 bedrooms; 1 bedroom with a 140cm double bed and 1 bedroom with 1 140cm double bed and 1 bunk bed (2 single beds), 1 bathroom and a comfortable reception between 4 and 6 people.

The house is perfectly located for day trips in the Lot Valley, and is close to famous towns such as Cahors (13 kms), Saint-Cyrq-Lapopie (45 kms) and Rocamadour (75 kms) ...
Abundant activities within a circle of 30 kms include: the river ''Lot'', municipal swimming pool, golf, go-karting, horse riding, tennis, paragliding school, canoeing......
The house is also about 7 kms from the village of Douelle which offers access to a grocery store, a bakery, bar and restaurants as well as to the Antinea nautical base in a peaceful and shady setting, on the banks of the Lot, for canoe and paddle rental....
