Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom, with a 160 x 200 cm bed, has an en-suite bathroom with toilet and built-in storage. The second bedroom has two 90 x 190 cm beds and chests of drawers (also with an en-suite bathroom). There is a private, fenced garden and an external staircase leading to the apartment. A washing machine is located in the garage (8 steps).

Pets are not allowed. Internet access is provided. There are no charging points for hybrid or electric vehicles (plugging in is prohibited inside the apartment). Parking is available in the gated courtyard.
