“Amazing experience in a luxury style hotel. Hotel is located in quite area with easy access from Siem Ream International Airport and conveniently located 5 minutes by tuk tuk to Siem Reap city center (pub street and old night market) and 15 minuts by tuk tuk to Angkor archological area. Hotel staff is very friendly and we experience surprising availability from Mr. Ai with his tuk tuk and his son to bring us around everywhere without any limitation in time and/or destinations. I have 2 kids...

Veramente ottimo sotto ogni profilo ed in particolare per la cordialità e la disponibilità di tutto il personale, la cura e la gradevolezza delle camere e degli spazi comuni, la qualità della prima colazione, i servizi della spa, la possibilità di organizzare escursioni con accompagnatori qualificati ed affidabili, pur non essendo un hotel di lusso ma, come detto, una struttura tipo "boutique"...

“The hotel is very nice. The interior resembles an Esher painting with black metal stairways going in many directions against white crisp walls. It’s refreshing to see creativity in hotels rather than a straight out functionality. The room was spacious, clean and well thought out. We spent most of our down time on the day bed which was so comfortable. The staff are outstanding. Every single one of them is helpful, polite, and happy. If we ever come back to Siem Reap we would stay at the Sarai...
