Welcome to your dream vacation rental, a newly renovated and expanded 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home perfectly situated just 40 steps from the stunning Moonstone Beach Boardwalk which leads directly to beach access to Moonstone Beach. This oceanfront gem boasts breathtaking lagoon and ocean views and is surrounded by the ever-changing and diverse natural ecosystem filled with vibrant sea life, birds, flowers, and trees. Enjoy the serene community open space on the south side of the home, ideal for relaxation and outdoor living. A leisurely 10-minute walk South will take you to the west end of downtown Cambria, where you can explore charming shops, restaurants and local attractions. For seafood lovers, the Sea Chest Oyster Bar and other delightful dining options are just a 5-minute stroll away. Experience the perfect blend of comfort, nature, and convenience in this coastal haven!


The newly updated house offers a range of luxurious amenities designed for comfort and convenience. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, spacious living areas, and several outdoor patio areas perfect for enjoying the sunshine and ocean breeze. Each of the three bedrooms (two with king beds and one with a queen bed) features comfortable bedding, ample storage, and full bathrooms for added privacy. The home also includes 4 Wi-Fi, smart flat-screen TVs (no cable), laundry facilities, and beach gear to enhance your stay. This house is dog friendly, but the property is not enclosed. There is no garage access, but ample parking in the driveway, with access from Stafford Street.

We usually stayed at one of the two houses on the other side of this one, but I think this is going to be the one. The location and the view are spot on. Some traffic, but did I mention the view? Spacious for four. The beds were comfy.Nice size living room. The house had everything (good wifi), and was cleaned. The management team has always been wonderful to work with. We've been using Cambria Vacation Rentals for twenty years. Looking forward to another twenty.

Reviewer Comments: During our first vacation for this year we stayed at the 5768 Moonstone Beach home we celebrated my wife's birthday and we absolutely had a great time it was fortunate that we had the restaurants open up Madelines the sea chest and walk across the beach to enjoy the ocean with our pets, The view was perfect for what we needed to do and we enjoyed this location very much could use a little update here in there and repairing the screen sliding doors would've made it much more pleasant but it was a great place to enjoy the ocean on Cambria Beach we are planning to book another time this year there with my wife's parents and as always Joanne and Heidi were the best agents with Cambria vacation rentals thank you see you soon

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very rustic, you can’t tell there are stairs up the bedrooms and bathroom. Please add to the description of the property. We would not have rented this property as we both have disabilities. But really enjoyed the stay. Suggestion, you might want to leave a note that we should not leave any outside lights on, the neighbor stated the lights go directly into his bedroom.

(new couch, however), splintering on the wooden chairs, and laminated seats deteriorating. Worn-through spots on the faux leather chair, and flat padding. Entire house needs deep cleaning. Love the location, front garden, view, but will rent somewhere else from now on.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been using Cambria Vacation Rentals for years and have found them very professional and helpful. The property at which we stayed was very comfortable and had a great view of the ocean. It was also nice to find a rental that had few stairs as I have arthritis in my hip that prevents me from climbing too many stairs. I will continue to use Cambria Vacation Rentals in the future when ever I stay in Cambria.
