Un meraviglioso passo avanti

  • Questa bella e invitante casa è letteralmente "A Step Away" da Shamel Park, Moonstone Beach, la riserva di Fiscalini Ranch e il West Village di Cambria. Il grande e confortevole soggiorno ha vista sull'oceano e un camino a gas - un ottimo posto dove stare, mattina, mezzogiorno o sera. C'è una sala da pranzo fuori dalla cucina completamente arredata e un grande ponte, con un barbecue a carbonella, fuori dalla sala da pranzo. Sia la sala da pranzo che il ponte dispongono di tavoli per ospitare sei persone. La casa dispone di WiFi, due TV a schermo piatto con lettore DVD e un sistema stereo per DVD e iPod. Ci sono due letti King (un re normale e un re della California) e un letto matrimoniale nella terza camera da letto. Il cortile è protetto dal vento e offre un bel posto per il relax. La lavanderia è al piano terra. Vista sull'oceano, camino a gas, barbecue a carbonella, due TV WiFi. TOT # 6003870

This house is perfect. It has a spacious open plan flowing easily from the living room, kitchen and dining room. This is obviously a family home and there are nice personal touches which give the house a warm and welcoming feel. The location is great with easy access to Shamel Park and beach, the Moonstone beach boardwalk, in addition to the walking trails along the bluff in the Fiscalini Ranch.

We cooked thanksgiving dinner and everthing was there that we needed and more. Close to Shamel Park and Fiscaline. There are a lot of steps, so bring someone to bring up your luggage (lol). Highly recommend this property. We also had the best weather we have ever had in Cambria.

Spacious, Comfortable with an Ocean View!

This house comfortably accommodated 3 adult couples in the living room and dining room. The bedrooms were good sized with cozy beds. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, plates, cups, bowls and would have been perfect except for only 5 wine glasses. There are great walks around the neighborhood to the coast. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Very convenient access. Nice to have a garage for our car. Nice view from the living room. Kitchen thoroughly equipped with high end quality. Very comfortable bed in the Master.Also very happy to be allowed an early check in.
