Incredibile e commerciale su Parkhill

Apri la porta d'ingresso per scoprire la sorpresa di un ritiro pieno di opere d'arte: accogliente, arioso e visivamente stupefacente. Arroccato sul fianco del Cambria's Park Hill, questo rifugio luminoso è abbastanza vicino all'oceano da poter vedere e sentire le onde lontane che si infrangono su Moonstone Beach. Sei appena arrivato da Shamel Park, a pochi isolati dagli ampi sentieri del Ranch Fiscalini ea 15 minuti a piedi dai negozi e dai ristoranti del West Village. Questa casa è l'ideale per un weekend romantico per due, un ritiro di scrittura solista, o una vacanza divertente per la famiglia e gli amici. La casa a pianta aperta è circondata da spazi verdi su tutti i lati, rendendolo un rifugio tranquillo con vista sull'oceano, sui pini e sulle colline costiere attraverso le numerose finestre. Puoi anche vedere un'enorme distesa di stelle attraverso lucernari sovradimensionati. Il grande mazzo è perfetto per il tè del mattino, la lettura pomeridiana o la visione del tramonto dopo una giornata di degustazione di vini nel vicino Paso Robles o un tour del castello di Hearst a San Simeon. Great location with view of ocean! Lots of neat artwork, great choice of reading materials, games, puzzles. There was a glitch in communication-we didn’t receive an email with instructions, but was resolved with a phone call. We really enjoyed our stay.

Review

Place was clean, in a good location close to the ocean. Kitchen looked recently renovated. I could have done without all the wooden masks on the walls as decor. The deck was large and appeared to have a great view.I cannot comment much more, as I didn't sleep there and only spent about 2 hours there total, although I reserved for 5 nights. I had an emergency and returned home the same night as I arrived…. bummer.

Lovely Weekend During Christmas Market

We fell in love with Ampersand the moment we arrived. The view of the ocean as soon as we entered was amazing and we knew this was a great house. We came from Christmas Market, which is an experience of its own. The house came with great accommodations. Baths are updated and the heater works very quickly. Kitchen comes with all the small appliances you need. The house decor is very eclectic with many different pieces of art and cozy furniture. The only downfall is that the mattress in the master is smaller than the bed frame and we hit our shins on the bed frame each time we got in bed. But we loved our stay and plan to return soon.

Peaceful Retreat

We found Ampersand to be a peaceful getaway for us. The weather was spectacular, the scenery beautiful, the house was comfortable and met our needs. We saw deer and turkeys on a daily basis as we enjoyed long walks. Being close to town was an added bonus. We would definitely come back! Our only complaint was there was a lot of construction noise as many neighbors were having work done on their houses. Also, we would recommend some nice blankets to use on the deck. Thanks for the opportunity to enjoy this home in Cambria!

Charming, great view!

Lovely and very clean. Well stocked kitchen and nice beds. The view makes this place perfect and the butterflies, wild turkeys and daily visits by a young buck in the yard puts this place over the top. Would return for sure.

The location and ocean view from the deck were stunning😎 The sky at night was beautiful! Lots of birds and wildlife. The beds were okay, kitchen well equipped! Our only comments would be way two many personal items left on the property including a piano. We would recommend limiting the personal items and situating the living room taking in the view with a nice flat screen tv. Still a great stsy😎

Clean But Cluttered

The property was very clean, but even though we had seen the pictures we did not realize how cluttered it was until we actually got there. Knick knacks and pictures everywhere. It felt like we were staying in a clean hoarder’s house. The queen mattress on the king bed frame left us both with a few shin bruises when getting in bed. We can say the kitchen was well stocked and, again, the house was clean. But way too claustrophobic for us.

Wonderful stay

We loved everything about this property, from contact-less check in to all the details in the house to the easy check out. The only caveat at all is the very steep, short driveway; no issues, but my wife let me park the cars, haha.

Perfect!

This lovely home was absolutely wonderful for my husband and I and our two dogs! It was very comfortably and the location was great . Easy walk or drive to the beach/ocean and the view from the windows and balcony of the ocean was delightful. A very pleasant surprise was waking up in the middle of the night to see the stars! It was breathtaking. I would highly recommend this property and we can not wait to return!

This is a very tasteful and arty little cottage with a great view down to the coast. Nice sun deck and shade seating out by front door. Nice, clean, and wonderful art throughout. Definitely would stay again.

Perfect Perch

This house is perched over trees and a beautiful view of the ocean. Even better is the view of the night sky from the large windows in every room. It is extremely clean and comfortable. The deck is a great place to visit during the warm afternoon. Perfect size for 3-4 people; spacious yet intimate. The decor is beautiful and the art interesting. You can walk to the beach. We’ll be back!!
