It was a pleasure to spend a few days at this location. This is and older home that is clean and well kept in a good location close to town. There is plenty of room for a family of 4. There is a set of stairs to get into the home and another set to get into the bedrooms once inside. Kitchen and living area are on the main floor with a balcony that over looks the park. You are close enough to the water to hear the waves break when you're on the balcony. We've stayed here a few times and always enjoy our time here. The host is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I look forward to returning soon.

We have stayed in this property multiple times. Views are unparalleled and being right across Shamel park with its wonderful dog friendly beach is great. Melinda is a great host and is always responsive to questions and comments. Will definitely come back.

This property was amazing. Especially if you have dogs. You get the entire home and don’t need to worry about your fur babies. Make any noise for neighbors. It’s also like walking back in time lol the 80s retro style of everything brought me back to high school lol and it also created an environment where I wasn’t holding my breath every time the dogs walked around. It’s definitely a kid and pet friendly. You are directly across the street from a public park. Sunday night we did encounter quite late activity over there that was noisy.But the walk to the beach and hearing the waves while you sleep was amazing

My wife and I visit Cambria at least once a year. We thought it would be easier to do a rental since we have a small dog. The location was great with fantastic views. The park across the street was very convenient. It was a comfortable place and worked well for us. We would stay here again.

The location of the property is perfect everything close bye! Robin’s for dinner recommended by owner was fabulous. Hearst castle just down the road, Moonstone beach boardwalk fabulous.

Fantastic location --

This was our second stay and we had an amazing time. You can't beat the sunsets from the deck and dining table -- this place has location, location, location. Great stay, great time, great place.
