Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Property needs attention. I would I like to have had coffee filters and sugar available. Be prepared for a steep hill to get to house but loved the view. Loved it being close to Fiscalini Preserve and walk to ocean.

Very nice property, except, for the living room rug. It was horrible. The rug should be removed and replaced with vinyl flooring to deal with spills.Beautiful views of the ocean.Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals.It wouldn't hurt to replace bath towels. The master bedroom bed was quite comfortable. There were plenty of blankets and pillows if needed.A major issue that was not addressed in the ad for the property was the driveway.Low clearance vehicles will scrape the bottom of their car. My Tesla did not do well getting in and out of the driveway.The host was nice and helpful.

Home in Cambria

We had a lovely short vacation in this lovely home. The situation of the property is excellent with lovely sea views. The property is old but very clean.The only unfortunate thing was that the dishwasher was broken upon arrival which was a disadvantage, but on the whole the house is very nice.

We loved our stay! The view is amazing and the house was very comfortable. The road is on a very steep hill, but we managed just fine. Thank you for a loving long weekend! :)

Beautiful views

We stood the weekend at this beautiful place. The view is amazing, the rooms are a good size, quiet neighborhood, friendly city. Things are a little outdated, and the house does have some wear and tear but that honestly didn’t bug me, we really enjoyed the house over all. We would definitely come back and stay.

Perfect getaway

The property was as listed, except the views far exceeded the photos on the website! Kitchen had all the amenities to cook a nice meal. Bathrooms were clean, with plenty of towels and toilet paper. Very close to town, ships, restaurants and other amenities. I came with my daughter, son in law and 2 grand babies!

Weekend in Cambria on Park Hill

House was in nice location however the road is steep for walkers. House had a ocean view and a nice deck to watch the sunset. Fun weekend had by all.

Cambria Stay

Good location. Home met our needs. Old furniture, carpet and cookware. Felt like back in the 70's or 80's. Home was clean just needs an update. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This house was a perfect size for our family. The living room was cozy and kitchen was nice. 1 bed and bath upstairs and 2 beds and seperate bathroom downstairs worked perfect for us. The views from the living room are absolutely gorgeous and all the windows really let you see the whole beach. The street and driveway were incredibly steep to drive up.

Cambria stay

The house was as pictured and described. The rooms were spacious and clean. The check-in process was simple and straight forward given the directions provided. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances you might need. My only negative deedback is that the driveways has a very steep decline which can be challenging to maneuver especially is you are driving a smaller vehicle such as a sedan or coupe. The pictures do not really reflect how steep the decline in and took a few tines to figure out the best angle to enter the driveway without scraping the bottom of the vehicle.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house more the. Exceeded my expectations. The 180 degree ocean views were breathtaking and the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. At night the stars shines so brightly. My husband and I were on our Babymoon and this was the perfect place to feel cozy and safe. The house could use a little updating on the furniture but besides that everything was in working order and we definitely plan to rent it again next trip.

Great view and plenty of room.

Plenty of pros. The house is near the ocean and up on a hill so the view of the ocean was beautiful and when you opened the windows you could hear the ocean. The layout of the house was great. There was plenty of seating in the living room. We had a wonderful time. I had read the house was dated, it was blue and mauve, but that did not bother us. I had also read the carpet was stained. It was. The carpet was the only con.
