We take cleanliness and hygiene very seriously, and we apologize for any odor problems present on property. I have spoken to staff to ensure that extra attention to detail is going into cleanliness of common spaces such as hallways. I understand your frustrations with the somewhat dated bathroom, while I assure you they have been renovated in the last ten years, we are always taking steps to try to modernize your bathroom experience as much as possible and to accomplish larger renovations as occupancy on those rooms allows. Thank you, Nancy, for your feedback on our property. Please be aware that we do try and refurbish as many rooms a year as we can, but it is difficult to refurbish the entire property all at once. We do still provide sweet treats in the lobby for guests, but sometimes we can run out. With the nearest large grocery stores being 45 minutes away from the hotel, we can not always restock everything right away. Thank you for all the business you have provided and if we do not see you next time I hope you find a place that is perfect for you!

I am not sure if the music may have been coming from one of the rooms, but in any case, there is an emergency number hung up in every room that can be used to reach an on call employee if it's after hours. Hello Chelsea, I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your time in Cambria. I would like to inform you that our property did receive your complaint, and we had a pest control specialist come out to inspect your room, as well as other rooms and our hotel common areas. I am happy to report that the specialist found no signs of fleas, or other small insects, in our property. Cambria does have a lot of beach/forest areas, with many bugs that could have gotten on your pet if you maybe took them out around town or near other dogs.
