One allocated parking space is available at the rear of the house. Please note that the parking area is accessed by driving around to the back of the property, approximately a 2-minute drive from the front. From the parking space, there is access through the garden directly to the house.



The Space:

The interior is filled with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere throughout. The charming breakfast area features large windows overlooking the private garden, making it the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, a leisurely breakfast, or simply relax while taking in the peaceful surroundings.



The bedrooms have been thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind to ensure a restful night's sleep. The main bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers two comfortable single beds, making the home ideal for families, friends, or colleagues.



For additional flexibility, the living room includes a sofa bed that converts into a single bed, allowing the property to accommodate extra guests with ease.



There is 1 family bathroom is fitted with a full-sized bathtub and an overhead shower, providing the perfect space to unwind with a relaxing soak. Ample lighting creates a bright, welcoming space, complete with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your comfort.



Sofa Bed Use

For bookings of fewer than 5 guests, the sofa bed is not included in the standard rate. If you wish to use the sofa bed, an additional charge applies to cover extra linen and preparation. This must be requested in advance.



Family-Friendly Amenities

Our home is family-friendly and equipped with a highchair and a travel cot to help make travelling with little ones easier. For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask guests to bring their own bedding and mattress protector for the travel cot.

Once your booking is confirmed, rest assured that our price rates include fresh linen, soft towels, and the final cleaning fee. Additional housekeeping services are available upon request for an extra charge. You’ll have the entire property to yourselves throughout your stay. PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO REVIEW THE HOUSE RULES PRIOR TO BOOKING. We have a strict policy against parties or events of any kind on the premises. The lead guest must complete the online check-in form, agree to our Terms & Conditions, and upload at least 1 ID before check-in. Forms must be filled at least 24 hours prior to the check in date. We operate a self-check-in system and cannot meet our guests to check their IDs and verify guests in person. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply.



SAFETY & SECURITY: Please make sure you close and lock all the windows and doors when you are not on the property. If the property is found left unsecured (windows or doors open/unlocked) during your stay and/or at check-out, we retain the right to charge a penalty fee. A fee will also apply if the keys are misplaced during your stay or not returned to the lockbox at check-out. Thank you, we really appreciate your co-operation!



A £350 security deposit hold will be placed on your card two days before check-out and released after your stay, provided no issues are identified. Funds typically return within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank. This does not apply to Airbnb bookings. For stays of 10 nights or longer, an interim housekeeping service or linen change must be arranged during your stay. Failure to do so may result in additional charges at check-out. Please do not wash our linens or towels, as they require professional laundering. Charges may apply for unauthorised washing, excessive soiling, or replacement of damaged items. Additional charges may also apply if the property is left in an unreasonable condition at check-out, such as excessive rubbish being left behind or dishes and cookware not being cleared away or loaded into the dishwasher.
