Famiglia e animali domestici, lungomare con molo

Ci sono due case sulla proprietà. Nel giugno del 2015 abbiamo completato una ricostruzione completa e totale della casa del trasporto e siamo tornati operativi su VRBO. Dal momento del pensionamento nel 2014, Clarissa e io stiamo vivendo a tempo pieno in casa e potreste vederci di tanto in tanto, ma il cottage della casa di trasporto è stato progettato per essere un rifugio confortevole, elegante, riservato, accogliente e produzione di memoria. È perfetto per famiglie, coppie e / o amici che vogliono semplicemente passare un po 'di tempo insieme. È abbastanza lontano dalla civiltà per godersi l'acqua, il cielo, gli alberi e la natura selvaggia, senza essere completamente fuori dal mondo. Sei a breve distanza in auto da Cambridge, Easton, St. Michaels e Salisbury per un sacco di intrattenimenti giornalieri. Per gli amanti della natura, siamo vicino al Rifugio Blackwater per kayak o canoe. Per i cacciatori, questa è un'area ricercata da chi è interessato a anatre, oche, cervi, tacchini e altri. Per i golfisti, ci sono due campi da golf nelle vicinanze e molti ristoranti locali vari e molto apprezzati.

Se preferisci rimanere nella proprietà in un'arena naturale tranquilla e appartata, puoi goderti il ​​canottaggio, il kayak, la pesca, i granchi (direttamente dal molo), nuotare, camminare, andare in bicicletta, sederti con la tua gente preferita o tenere giù l'amaca con un buon libro. In tempo freddo o piovoso, ci sono giochi, libri, internet e TV. La casa è stata progettata per intrattenere, con una cucina nuova di zecca dotata di numerosi accessori per cucinare, e lo spazio vitale è favorevole alla conversazione facile e un sacco di posti a sedere confortevoli.

Ci sono due aree diverse per mangiare, all'interno o sotto il pergolato, il tutto in vista del Brooks Creek / Choptank vista. È perfetto per una famiglia per fare ri-conoscenza o una fuga romantica. Forniamo l'atmosfera, fornisci il divertimento!

Soggiorno con 42 'TV a schermo piatto, sala da pranzo, bagno e cucina, due con letti matrimoniali e un terzo con un letto full size, e un soppalco con due letti singoli. separare 15 x 12 pergolato con pavimenti in ardesia, adirondacks, camino e posti a sedere da pranzo per quattro. Il molo può gestire motoscafi, canoe o barche a remi. Sono disponibili due kayak. Lenzuola e articoli di carta forniti insieme a tutte le attrezzature da cucina e articoli da pranzo.

Laid-back perfect location

The property and hosts were exactly as advertised and what we were looking for. We absolutely love this area and after connecting with Rob and Clarisa our hope is for many return stays. I've been vacationing on the eastern shore for over 50 years and have always appreciated the hospitality of the people, its very refreshing to still experience this same hospitality. Multi-generational vacation

We had grandparents (75yr), parents (50yr), young adults and teenagers (17-21) and a dog. Everyone had something to do and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We did canoeing, swimming, boarding, fishing, crabbing, biking, sunbathing, we had S’mores, watched marvelous sunset, played card games. The dog had the most fun by chasing squirrels and rolling in the mud. He did not get to do this at home. My parents came to visit me from Bejing China. They had a good time talking with Rob and their grandkids. The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We hope to come back again!

What a wonderful area on the water. The proprietors were such friendly and accommodating people. The apartment was clean and well stocked. They had a wide range of activities on the property. An absolute gem

The only thing I can say is that the online listing really doesn’t do justice to how amazingly stunning Rob & Clarissa’s place is. My family and I decided last minute that we wanted to spend a weekend on the bay. I never expected it to be so beautiful! We got there late in the evening and we were speechless when we woke up to the most beautiful view of the water. My son had an amazing time between playing in the loft or in the playhouse outside, kayaking, and paddle boating. My parents “settled” for chilling by the water and enjoying the firepit and gazebo. I strongly recommend it and plan to go back as soon as we can. Thank you for a wonderful time, Rob & Clarissa!!

Hit the "Reset" Button

If you are looking for a bit of serenity and stillness, this is the place to be. We enjoyed this beautiful waterfront property so much, we skipped our plans to drive around and explore more of the area because we just wanted to soak in the water and the sky, with the moon on one end and the sunset on the other. Staring at the moon and its light reflecting off the water as we sat around the fire is a picture I hope to keep in my memory for a long time. This is the perfect place to clear the mind and the lungs Rob and Clarissa are very friendly, warm and they welcomed us with a tour of the property. The house is well-furnished, comfy, cozy, and very clean. Rob advised us in advance to make sure we had provisions when we arrived, as it is not a quick trip to town for a morning cup of joe. I can't wait to return.

Cambridge Kayak trip

Excellent property and host! It was great bringing our small dog. Kayaking and paddle boarding free on-site. Everything you need for water sports and for living like your home away from home included. Thoughtful and caring host.

Amazing property, Amazing Hosts

I cannot give this property enough stars! They had absolutely everything a family could need to have the most relaxing yet activity-filled stay. The accomodations were spotless, the beds super comfortable, central air kept the place nice and cool, and the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with all we could need. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, pedal boat, bicycles, fishing, crabbing, yard games, and fire pit. The hosts are super nice people who make you feel totally at home. Though we do not have little kids, the place would be great for them as well, with a small pool, play house, and all sorts of toys. The bay water was warm and fairly shallow but not super mucky like some inlets can be. Cannot wait to go back next year!!!

Stay at Rob’s house

Very awesome stay. Having rob on-site was a huge blessing- great information, guidance, and a very nice boat trip to a sandbar. They have all the water toys you can imagine- from water shoes to boats. Property and home are very well cared for.

Relaxing getaway

Rob and Clarissa did an amazing job making their loft apartment cozy, relaxing, and spacious. There's plenty of room for a whole family to eat, entertain and sleep in different rooms. And then their outdoor space is amazing! Huge yard, playground for the kids, and welcoming to our four-legged family members. Their property is right on the water, with a dock for boats and another for kayaks and paddle boat. My kids absolutely loved it and spent every second outside on their dock, fishing or in the water. We can't wait to come back for our next vacation! Thank you so much!!

A wonderful long weekend getaway

Rob and Clarissa's property was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway. Our hosts were incredibly proactive about making our stay as comfortable as possible– Rob took us on a tour to show us around, all amenities were easily accessible, and everything was as-described in the listing. We all enjoyed kayaking, grilling, chilling, and lounging on the dock. We can't wait to come back again!

Unique Stay With A Beautiful View!

We stayed at the property this weekend while we were in town for a wedding, and just loved it! The hosts were the absolute sweetest, and their property is so special. It is very important to note that this is about 20 minutes outside of town, but the peacefulness and view make it extra worth it! They had so many cool features for the adults and the kids, and we had so much fun. Just wish we could have stayed longer to get out on the water!

Wonderful Property and Hosts

My partner and I stayed here for eagleman 70.3. Rob and Clarissa were very responsive and welcoming. They made sure we had all of the info we needed beforehand and gave us a heads up that it’s a bit of a drive to a grocery store. They made us feel right at home. The property is beautiful and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The guesthouse was clean and well equipped. The views of the water from the deck and just inside were wonderful. The location is quiet but there’s plenty to do on the property or just a short drive into town. While we didn’t have a chance to enjoy all they have to offer, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We will surely be back!

Family Birthday Celebration

This was an excellent spot to enjoy a memorable weekend. The weather could not have been better and all 8 of us and 2 little dogs enjoyed all the property offerings. Only two minor critical reviews; In reviewing the property photos, I hadn't been aware that there were many steps to get up to the living space. That was difficult for my husband and limited his comings and goings. Had I known in advance, I may not have chosen this particular spot. Additionally, and absolutely nothing the hosts can control, the mosquitoes and ticks were quite problematic. Autumn there must be idyllic! We made some wonderful memories and thoroughly enjoyed this lovely spot in Cambridge. The hosts are such warm and accommodating people and loved having them show us around.

Beautiful sunsets

Rob, the owner, was friendly and offered good advice, such as getting groceries before checking in, as the house is about 20 minutes (one way) from Cambridge. The house was clean and well-equipped. Best part was being right on the water and the beautiful sunsets. Kayaks were out and ready but unfortunately it was a little too cold to use them. We enjoyed our weekend stay.

Lovely place with lovely views

My In-laws met my spouse and I here for a few days to enjoy a little time together away from the city. It was rainy and cloudy most of the time, so only one person went kayaking for a little while. Regardless of the weather, it was a great time on this property. It's a cute little place renovated above the garage and it's so peaceful in the woods by the water. Rob is very responsive!
