Goose Landing! Bring the entire family! Inground Pool, Kayaks, canoes, fire pit, ping pong all in a country setting! - The family dog is welcome too!
Bring all your gear - Sitting on over 27 acres and 1000 feet of shoreline, Goose Landing is the perfect family getaway! Catch your own Maryland Blue Crabs right off the pier and cook them up for a feast! Fish from the property, or simply relax by the firepit and watch the sunset with a cold beverage.
Also close to great attractions such as the Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge, Chesapeake Hyatt and only a 1 hour drive to Ocean City. This property is the perfect getaway from the hectic life we all live.
The home is a open floor plan with a large modern kitchen, open living area and a beautiful screened in porch to enjoy dinner while taking in the waterfront view and the sounds of geese honking and the full display of mother nature. There's even a Orange Crush machine for cocktails!
The home offers an amazing waterview from most of the rooms in the house. Nestled down a long lane and on the Water, this property offers solitude from everyone and everything! This property is also set up for wheelchair accessibility if so needed, including the showers and bathrooms.

Relaxing Vacation

Goose landing was the perfect place for our family vacation. The house was beautiful and well appointed and the property was secluded and quiet. Canoe, kayaks, dock for fishing and crabbing, pool, and a very comfortable screened porch for meals and evening games made our vacation wonderful! We will return. Thank you Doug!

Beautiful house and property!

We enjoyed a family get-together at Goose Landing. The house is beautiful and very clean. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen I have found on VRBO -- the owners thought of everything. The pool is refreshing, the property has stunning views of the water (and a gorgeous sunset), and the ping pong table was a bit hit! The beds were very comfortable and it was a bonus to have three in-suite bathrooms plus a full hall bathroom. I highly recommend this property and hope we have the opportunity to stay again.

Coastal Paradise

We have been staying on the eastern shore for 10 years. This location and home are spectacular and it met the needs of our entire group We couldn’t have asked for a better communication from the host. Doug was focused on making our stay perfect. We took advantage of the kayaks in the mornings and saw plenty of wildlife in the nature reserve across the water- osprey, blue herons, an egret and a bald eagle. The pool was our go to spot during the heat of the day. The house was perfect for our family with 3 beautiful private suites with a bath and the bunk bed room was a favorite of my granddaughter. We loved to sit on the screen porch in the evenings or play games in the yard. This house has it all! Thanks Doug for sharing your place with us!

Goose Landing is a Delight

From the initial renting of the property at Goose Landing to the checkout, everything about our experience was exceptional. Doug, the property manager, has excellent communication skills and was very responsive. Doug assured me that my family was going to enjoy an outdoor retreat in a comfortable, spacious environment, and he was spot on! My children and grandchildren experienced crabbing, canoeing, kayaking, and splashing in the pool. One night, we had a fish feast that included the fresh perch that the children caught right off the dock. They were thrilled and very excited! The lovely home was generously appointed with every possible item that we might need, and I was most appreciative of not having to transport linens and towels! The garage game room provided lots of fun, too. This was our first stay at Goose Landing, but we’re thinking it won’t be our last. My entire family heartily recommends this beautiful rental. The only negative to our entire week was knowing that it was going to come to end! We thank the owners for opening up their home to guests, and we thank Doug for ensuring that coordinating the logistics was an easy process.
