The detached holiday home is only 300 m from the wide sandy beach and is located in a quiet, residential area of Cambrils, in a dead end street with little traffic. The centre of Cambrils can be reached in approx. 25 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bike along the beautiful palm-lined beach promenade.The house was completely modernised at the beginning of 2020 and newly furnished with great attention to detail. The holiday home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower (with underfloor heating), 1 large living room with fireplace and 1 large eat-in kitchen, spread over one floor. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with state-of-the-art air conditioning units, which ensure pleasant temperatures and a good night's sleep even when the outside temperature is high in summer. At the centre of the house is the spacious, light-flooded living area with an open fireplace and access to the covered outdoor terrace. The new kitchen and the modern dining area are also located on this level. The new kitchen has the highest level of comfort, a comprehensive range of electrical appliances and practical kitchen utensils.

We first heard about the holiday resort of Cambrils by chance in 2016. We then booked into a hotel in Cambrils through a recommendation. We immediately fell in love with the town of Cambrils with its beautiful sandy beaches, endless seafront promenade, Catalan traditions, Mediterranean flair and delicious Catalan cuisine. After choosing Cambrils as one of our secret holiday destinations at least twice a year in the years that followed, we decided to realise our dream of a private holiday home here in 2019.
We decided on a property that was the ideal image of a house in Spain: large and spacious on one level, in an excellent location on the beach and close to the charming town centre, a great garden with a private pool and ...... peace and quiet! Visitors can enjoy the many beaches that have been awarded the "Blue Flag" and get to know and love the beautiful yacht and fishing harbour. There are nine sandy beaches along the seven kilometres of coastline where visitors can enjoy the Mediterranean sun. In the old town centre, you can still see evidence of Roman settlement and Cambrils is recommended for anyone who enjoys excellent cuisine. The renowned gastronomy of Cambrils is based on Mediterranean cuisine and is accompanied by the excellent wines of the area, which will conquer your palate. Excursions in the surrounding area Nearby (Salou) is the Port Aventura amusement park. Barcelona (1h) and Tarragona (approx. 25 min), the capital of Catalonia, are also worth a visit to discover cultures dating back thousands of years. Visit the impressive Cathedral de Santa Mariá, the amphitheatre, the remains of the Roman city wall and the Roman chariot race track.
The city of Reus is known as the "cradle of Catalan Art Nouveau". Miró and Picasso were inspired to create important works here. The same applies to the famous artist and architect Antoni Gaudí, who grew up in Reus. And when, after days full of art and culture, it's time to head to Salou and the Port Aventura amusement park, a family holiday on the Costa Dorada is guaranteed to be perfect for everyone.
