Guarda le magnifiche albe sull'oceano e le bellissime notti al chiaro di luna

Primrose B è un incantevole appartamento di tre piani con due camere da letto sull'oceano situato sulla Cove (Glen Cove), magnifiche viste sull'acqua, accesso all'oceano in loco e parcheggio in loco.
La struttura si trova in Warrenton Street, Rockport Maine. 2 miglia a nord del centro di Rockland, 5 miglia a sud del centro di Camden e 1 miglio dal Samoset Resort and Country Club.
La struttura dispone di Wi-Fi e HBO, Showtime e rete NFL.
Sveglia all'alba ogni mattina, viste spettacolari sulla baia di Penobscot e sulle isole oltre. Guarda l'alba mentre si svolge un'altra bella giornata nel Maine. Accesso all'acqua da dietro la casa alla piccola spiaggia sabbiosa di Clam Cove dove si possono raccogliere molti tesori di vetro e mare. Nuovi aggiornamenti nel 2017, cucina con nuovi elettrodomestici, ripiani in granito, bar per la colazione, nuovi mobili per soggiorno, televisori, pavimenti in legno. L'esterno aggiorna il ponte più grande con nuovi mobili di coperta per godersi la cena in famiglia sull'oceano.
Piscina all'aperto riscaldata (stagionale) a soli due minuti a piedi presso la nostra consociata Claddagh Motel & Suites aperta tutti i giorni da metà giugno a Festa del lavoro.
La piscina è aperta da metà giugno al fine settimana della Festa del Lavoro dalle 10: 00-20: 00 tutti i giorni.
Primrose Apartment B ha un edificio a due piani con tre camere da letto e due bagni.
Al piano superiore ci sono due camere da letto con un letto matrimoniale in ogni camera da letto e un bagno completo con doccia e vasca.
Al piano inferiore c'è una camera da letto matrimoniale, bagno con doccia, soggiorno e cucina nuova di zecca 2017, lavatrice e asciugatrice e porte finestre sul ponte.
La camera da letto al piano di sotto potrebbe non essere adatta alle coppie in quanto non è troppo privata. Tutte le camere sono dotate di condizionatori d'aria per finestre e macchine per il rumore bianco.
Dalla cucina è possibile accedere al ponte che ha 6 poltrone, un grande tavolo in vetro e una griglia a gas con bruciatore laterale.
La vista dal ponte è spalancata sull'oceano e anche il ponte ha recinzione di privacy su entrambi i lati per garantire la privacy degli ospiti.

Primrose B è non fumatori, non svapante e non sono ammessi animali all'interno della proprietà. Inoltre è vietato fumare sui ponti o vicino alla proprietà.

Our first trip to Maine. We were blessed with gorgeous weather, a nice house and a private beach! Very central location, lots of lighthouses, restaurants and things to do
The back years at 🌆.
We did a fair amount of tide pooling at low tide. Lots of critters to be found!

We had a wonderful time in Rockport, Rockland, Thomaston and Camden, easily accessable from this house. The deck overlooks the loveliest view. Sunset was glorious with colors and sailboats and two sweet herons. The property is comfortable and sparklng clean. The only tricky part is that in order to get to the bedrooms upstairs, you have to walk through the third bedroom which can be awkward if the person in that room wants to sleep in. The beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen is fully stocked. The hosts are accessible and even checked in with us to see if we needed anything.

Alex and Siobhán were gracious hosts and very accommodating. Easy to reach and quick to repond if there was an issue that came up (only one minor issue). The home was very cozy and loctated on a quiet street (some noise from Route 1 can be heard throughout the day but not a major distraction). We rented a three bedroom unit with two bathrooms (1 w/shower, 1 w/ tub). Kitchen is spacious and leads out to the deck that has a view of the ocean. Can walk down to the private beach and relax, watch sailboats, high/low tides and enjoy the scenery. Can star gaze at night as well. The home is in close proximity to a medical facility, grocery store and plenty of sightseeing adventures. Stayed seven days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again on a future visit.

My Nannie Bowdens house

It has been so wonderful staying with my husband an s children and grandchildren in the house that my Nannie lived in for over 40 years and I spent every summer Now we are here to bury my mom and it has been such a sweet joyful time of making even more memories there is no better place in the whole state of maine and our hosts have been so kind and gracious

Beautiful location

The location, deck, and views of the cove are great. The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor grill worked well. The bedrooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable, but I thought that there could be less decorative pillows and knickknacks to make space for personal items. Overall, we had a great stay and the hosts are very responsive and friendly.

Perfect spot for a summer getaway

This property was nice! A beautiful beachfront to explore, centrally located, and lovely home!! Hosts were communicative and responsive! Highly recommend!! Get up early to catch the beautiful sunrise from the living room window or the nice deck!!

I was traveling with my 4 sisters. We enjoyed our stay very much. Hosts were very helpful with technical things and recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Simply beautiful!!

Such a beautiful property! Our flight got a bit late and Alex and Siobhán were gracious and kind. They met us with the keys and went over the information needed. Because it was dark when we arrived, we were so amazed to see the beautiful views when we awoke. We were close to shops and amazing restaurants. I would definitely recommend!

Clam Cove Visit

We had a wonderful stay in Glen Cove this week. The accommodations were perfect. We particularly enjoyed the back porch and access to the beautiful private beach. We will be back!
