Unwind in Camden at this lovely house on a dead end street with a running stream in the backyard with a walking trail to explore.

The main level of this spacious home has a wonderful eat-in kitchen, dining room, sitting room with large Smart TV and a formal living room providing a lot of space for people to enjoy different activities at once. From the sitting room, there is a full bath with a shower stall and then you wander into the garden room. This huge sun-filled room filled has a lot of seating which also joins to the large back deck for entertaining and evening meals together.

The cape includes two queen bedrooms on either side of the upstairs both with en suite bathrooms. As you enter into one of the suites you will find an entry room that has a trundle bed and the washer and dryer which is great for a couple and smaller children to be in the same relative space. There is a sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room area if needed for an extra guest.  Whether you're looking to relax or explore the area, this comfortable home has everything you need for a stress-free vacation. 

The back yard is fenced in with a fire pit. There is a gate on the back side of this property that leads you out to a walking/nature trail that borders a brook.

This house has you nestled in to the "woods" feeling but also within 5 minutes of being right in the heart of downtown Camden where you will find lots of shops, cafes, a small grocery store and so much more! 

There is a 3 bedroom guest house that is also on this property. It's rented separately from the main house for the 2025 season. They do share a driveway/lawn space and fenced area.
