Superb location, but poor management
Situated across the street from the Laite Beach, very close to downtown Camden, the apartment was in a superb location. Spacious, except for the kitchen, the apartment was comfortable.
However, the kitchen did not have a dishwasher, as advertised. A disappointment in an upscale unit. As a result, many of the glasses and dishwater were greasy and cloudy, because they were handwashed. Also, the range was not clean. The drip pans under the electric coils were rusty and dirty and the oven was dirty.
Checkin was a disaster. The codes did not work on the lockbox. Finally, after some delay, someone came over and then said we were at the wrong unit. She let us in to the A unit. When we called her about some problems there, she apologized profusely that she let us into the wrong unit! She finally got the lockbox open for our correct unit and there was no key! She then had to go get keys. When we finally were able to enter, it started raining. We missed a date with friends and nearly missed dinner.
We were promised compensation, but a small amount was granted for the lack of a dishwasher. The local office never called us during the week after several calls to the headquarters.
