“Very nice hotel in a castle. Not easy to find without GPS ( some roads to get there were pedestrian), but once you know the way is very easy ( also depend from which direction you are coming). The hotel is quite big and quiet, nice breakfast and park around. Highly suggested ”

“I had a problem on my arrival at 00.40. No reception service after 23. They said that a mail has been sent but unfortunately I never received that mail. It is true that they tried to contact me via mobile but as my flight was delayed my phone was switched of as I was flying to Holland. So I did not receive any message. I arrived in front of the hotel...the dorr was open but no light, no service, no reception...nobody. I've tried to call the number of the hotel as I was aspecting at least...

“Really liked this hotel. Was nervous about the virtual reception, but it worked really well. We got there early going to leave our bags while we explored and didn't know how this would work with no reception. But the virtual receptionist was brilliant, spoke to a real person who checked us in and even got us in our room early. Same food experience when checking out and leaving luggage at the end of our stay. Hotel room was nice and comfortable. Great location. ”

“We disliked the check-in procedure without an actual reception area. It was very awkward and difficult to communicate with management. The apartment was charming but some improvements could be made: replace the burner with a microwave; provide some towels or paper towels to dry dishes. “Davvero un bel soggiorno presso questo albergo. Il personale è davvero gentile e ti fa sentire a casa. Camera spaziosa e pulita, così come il bagno. Sapone e docciaschiuma di alta qualità, brand Rituals. Colazione con scelta abbondante e davvero deliziosa. Unico neo: l'uso di moquette in camera. La trovo piuttosto obsoleta, meglio un pavimento: meno polvere, più facile da mantenere, più ecologico in quanto dura di più. Ma è una mia preferenza personale.”
