“Orbit In is for anyone seeking a throwback to the mid century modern era. It is an older property with fairly basic amenities. Stayed in the Albert Frey room which had a fireplace, outdoor shower, and record player. Bed was comfortable. There is a cocktail hour by the pool. Staff was very nice. No breakfast included. There is a small hot tub and fire pit for winter nights. Great location and very walkable to most of downtown Palm Springs. ”

“My husband and I stayed there as we celebrated our wedding anniversary and I have to say it was the best decision this place was just perfect a very beautiful and quiet place. The only thing that was a bummer was the tub we were not able to use it since the water was not staying up but it was okay we took advantage of all the other amenities we had. “Barely saw or spoke to another human other than the maid. It was blissful. Pool is great, rooms cute, and when you’re ready for people downtown is a five minute walk. No kids! Delightful! No crappy music at the pool! Rad! ”

“The breakfast was simple, fresh, original. Bedding, beds, pillows excellent. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, giving us a room upgrade as the room we originally chose did not quite fit our needs. Every room has a generous layout and unique view into the courtyard with its own patio. It is like a little slice of Greece landing in the desert with the mountains right behind it. There is nothing like it in Palm Springs. It does need a little maintenance yet this does not affect...
