“The pool is lovely. The room was clean, exactly as seen in photos. The property owners were easy to reach and communication was quick and seamless. I liked that true TV systems were set to access all platforms. The shower, sink and and the wash amenities were tasteful and felt luxurious. Loved the functional kitchen… and the sweet owner even baked fresh cookies for the guests. Would totally go back. “This property needs a bit of a refresh. Seems a bit run down, all things considered. It was listed as a 5 star property. It’s more around what I would expect out of a 3/4 star motel. Our room was clean. Layout of the room was subpar. Just one chair for two people. The AC can barely keep up with the palm spring weather in March. There is what seemed to be some mold on the ceiling in the shower. My wife also saw a roach in the bathroom one night. The pool/jacuzzi are nice. The loungers outside...

“The hot tub did not work. Once I got in, I turned on the jets and it worked for 2 min before completely shutting off. I tried to restart the breakers attached to the hot tub but nothing g would turn it back on. ”
