“Breakfast was extremely limited to cereal, luke warm coffee, small amount of luke warm milk in a thermos for cereal and coffee, no decaf coffee and no hot water for tea. You could also choose from four white pieces of bread and four frozen waffles that were lying out on a clear plastic small shelf. The dispenser labeled orange juice had a small amount of some odd shade of red colored substance. This breakfast is misleading as it was at best a sparse continental breakfast, but the advertised...

“Staff were very friendly and helpful, great service. Comfortable beds, the sofa bed was a bit tired but those are typically uncomfortable on a good day. Would highly recommend and I would stay there again! ”

“A beautiful , historic home within walking distance of a charming village with scenic views and pedestrian trails. The innkeepers Jim and Phyllis are friendly and available. The rooms and sitting areas are spacious, beautifully decorated and welcoming! Breakfast was delicious both mornings with a sweet and a savory choice and always with fresh fruit that is in season. We highly recommend staying in this wonderful B&B when visiting central NY. ”
