“Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec un couple d'amis. La maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Tout se fait à pieds à 5 min du port de plaisance et 10 minutes de la plage et des commerces et des restaurants. Magnifique et grande piscine très appréciable avec cette chaleur. Climatisation très fonctionnelle. Aménagement de la maison conforme au descriptif, spacieuse et fonctionnelle . Très bon accueil de Bernard et Nicole. Nous y reviendrons surement.”

“L‘Escala ist wunderschön und mit Familie und Hund auf alle Fälle lohnenswert. Das Ferienhaus hat eine super Lage man hat alles in der Nähe und kann es auch zu Fuß erreichen. Die Sauberkeit war nicht nach unserem Standard, aber wir hatten trotz allem einen herrlichen Urlaub”

“This is a very nice house and the description reflects it all. It is very conveniently located at the outskirts of L'Escala, very close to nice beaches and literally next door to the wonderful Empuries Museum. Vicinity of Empuries Hotel with very good cuisine and nice view over the seam is a plus. What surprised us negatively was that it was quite cold in the house when we arrived. “Leider hatten wir viel Pech mit dem Wetter, so dass wir den großen Garten und den riesigen Pool nicht so nutzen konnten wie gewollt. Im Haus ist alles reichlich vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Das Bad wäre für mehrere Personen zu klein, da wir aber nur zu zweit waren, passte das für uns. Der Kontakt mit Xavier ist angenehm und unkompliziert. Die Gegend ist ruhig und schön.”

“tout d abord je tiens à insister sur le fait que je loue des villas depuis presque 20 ans et que c est la première fois que je vois une maison aussi insalubre avec une odeur nauséabonde. même avec un grand ménage il y a rien faire c était juste dégoûtant.les matelas, les murs, les rideaux le canape les dessus de chaise tout était dégoûtant. la piscine est minuscule comparer au photo posté mais je tiens vraiment à insister sur la proprete meme un chien ne dormirait pas dans ses lieux. navrée d...

“The pool and the view correspond well to the photos, and are both very nice. Parking was easy even on a weekend in August. The ants are always around. Keeping food away helped against being inundated, but they were always around in the kitchen and we saw some everywhere else in the house too. We were 7 and slept comfortably, but note that there's only one bathroom.”

“Maison agréable ,mais la terrasse est peu ensoleillée. Le stationnement dans l'impasse n'est pas évident . Et pour finir trop de maisons au même endroit ,les règles d'utilisation de la piscine non respecter !!!! Plongeons, musique et cris jusqu'à 1 h du matin !!! A fuir si vous souhaité vous reposer..”

“De woning is prima, maar vergt wel wat meer aandacht qua onderhoud. Het is allemaal wel erg verouderd. Het was buiten t huis erg rommelig door het weer, veel dennenaalden en overig blad, ook in t zwembad. Dit werd in de 2e week wel goed schoongemaakt. Er waren weinig glazen en kopjes en de magnetron en broodrooster zijn aan vervanging toe. We hebben zelf een bezem gekocht om het buiten op te ruimen. Locatie is wel top, vlakbij t bos en in een rustige woonwijk.”

“We are a Belgian group of cyclists, and we had a great holiday in the Girona region. Nature is really magnificent here. About the accommodation we were all really impressed by everything. Josep and Rosa are very friendly and helpful. Communication with Charlie was always correct and to the point. We surely come back here next year.”
